Great staying

Há muitos anos me hospedo neste hotel indo ou voltando de viagens, por ele ser convenientemente localizado proximo ao aeroporto e ter shuttle. O hote foi recentemente renovado e ficou ainda melhor.

Hard to know where to wait for the Infrequent ahuttle. Otherwise everything great.

The entire floor and room were freshly painted. The smell was really strong, so hard to sleep and some finished still undone. Bed was not that comfortable. Staff was really friendly.

The overall experience was good. However, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (GRU) was terrible. 1) The driver did not bother asking if the passengers needed help to load their baggages on the bus/ 2) As there were no functional straps to tie the baggages where they were allocated, they were sliding on the bus until my dad tied the existent straps on his own/ 3) The driver was driving recklessly since the baggages / 4) The driver did not stop at the appropriate

Handy free shuttle, helpful staff, spacious room, OK breakfast. Worth a visit!

Sensible choice if you need to stay close to the airport.

Hotel está em reforma, muito sujo, poeira, muito barulho, serviço de limpeza muito abaixo. Café da manhã vai até 09:45 somente; room service nao tem nada pra café da manhã. Água muito cara! Precisa de edredom melhor, pedi toalhas e não mandaram; pedi travesseiro e veio sem fronha.

They charged me for a fork. They don’t have any available in the concession area. The worker in the kitchen was rude about providing forks for their guests to eat soup that is sold by the hotel. Also the hotel charges per person in a room.

Great customer service, very kind staff, and clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast was excellent as well!

The hotel was good and the buffet was excellent. The best hotel food I had in Guarulhos. Congratulations to the chef!!!

This is a great option for those staying overnight before boarding flights at Guarulhos.

Stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years. Proximity to GRU and price per night , and breakfast are among reasons for utilising this hotel.

This property was in an industrial area, truck station behind hotel. Very busy dual street in front. Pool outside(in picture )was not for swimming only 1 foot if that more like a pond. Very old rooms they need to be updated. However the food inside hotel was great, price was good also. Mall was a20 minute walk (no side walks really). Ended my trip here, Stayed here 2 days for the Eagles game

Really convenient hotel for an airport overnight - excellent breakfast and easy reach of the airport, although locating the stop for the shuttle bus transfer from the airport is not easy! NB the shuttle bus only serves terminal 2 (domestic) so I found it easier to take an Uber to terminal 3 on departure, rather than have to negotiate my luggage from one terminal to another.
