Polite staff, amazing breakfast

Overall a good stay. We were place on the newer renovated side of the hotel which left a little unfinished. Washroom was not clean, shower knob was falling off, since we were just staying the night and out all day, it didn’t bother us much.

It was an awesome and amazing experience. Their breakfast is fresh and taste delicious. The room is clean, the environment is well kept. There is a taxi that works closely with the hotel, this made it safe and easy to get around considering the fact that I traveled with my children. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

ok near airport nothing extraordinary,good breakfast be careful don’t leave anything in your room some of the room maids can not be trusted,my iphone cord disappeared and the front desk said it was not in the room

Atendentes de muita gentileza, uma modesta academia e piscina que acabei não conseguindo utilizar. O quarto é amplo, a cama é muito boa, o chuveiro é bom e o pacote de canais de TV possui opções. O que deixa a desejar é o sinal de internet, que é bem ruim (acabei usando meu 5G), e o café da manhã que, pelo valor da estadia, é básico. O estacionamento é terceirizado e cobrado a parte. Os valets são rápidos, mas durante a noite sumiu um pacote de Trident que eu tinha no carro.

This property should be listing in Expedia and online that it is under construction. We were woken up at 7:55 in the morning with jackhammering blasting. The walls were shaking. The floor was vibrating. It was so loud. They should absolutely not be charging any money for people to stay on the third floor of this building.

L’hôtel est extrêmement précaire par rapport au prix. La propreté, le confort du lit et le petit déjeuner sont ok, néanmoins l’eau chaude est un bien rare notamment en fin de journée. La pression de l’eau laisse à désirer. Pour le prix affiché cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le coup. Par ailleurs, le parking n’est pas inclus, c’est surprenant quand vous payer plus de 80€ la nuit dans un pays où le salaire moyen est de 400€ … De plus, les personnes qui sont au parking essaient de vous escroquer en vous faisant payer 45 real (5€) à chaque fois que vous prenez votre véhicule alors que vous avez payé pour 24h. Je n’ai pas du tout eu une bonne expérience avec le parking mais également avec la qualité des équipements de l’hôtel : salle de bain, salle de sport. Je déconseille fortement sauf pour y dormir pour prendre un vol depuis GRU.

Great stay here. The property is fairly new, rooms are modern and clean. The pool and garden area is very nice and tranquil. The breakfast was not huge but had all the basics and everything was tasty and fresh. The area around the hotel is industrial and there really is nothing in the immediate vicinity. Large shopping mall is close by though by taxi. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Room was renovated and modern. Staff were amazing!! It’s an isolated location. Disappointed there is no boxed breakfast so I missed breakfast. Tired of just one English TV station in so many Brazilian hotels. Supper started at 7 pm that I found late. I waited 20 minutes in line to check in then 7 staff members showed up suddenly after I got to the desk.

NA PRIMEIRA ETAPA DA VIAGEM ME COLOCARAM NA ALA NOVA QUE EMBORA SEJA BOA É MUITO DISTANTE DA RECEPÇÃO E CAFE DA MANHÃ. NA SEGUNDA VEZ NUM QUARTO SEM VARANDA, E COMO FIQUEI 2 DIAS DESSA VEZ É QUE VI QUE O HOTEL É LONGE DE TUDO.NÃO TEM NADA PERTO PARA COMPRAR E TER QUE PAGAR 14,00 NUMA AGUAS É UM ABSURDO

Usamos o Panamby para um pernoite como acredito ser a maior parte dos hospedes de la que estao aguardando voo em Guarulhos. O pessoal da recepção é impecavelmente treinado e possuem uma fineza de educação invejavel. Tivemos uma excelente noite esperando nosso voo para o dia seguinte

Wonderful thermal windows and a great environment

The price was decent and you get what you pay for. The staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were not too comfortable and the fridge was stocked with warm drinks. Pool was nice.

Já me hospedei outras vezes e tem um atendimento muito bom. Dessa vez tive problemas no banheiro que não foi bem higienizado. Continha cabelo no box.

This is a convenient option around Guarulhos airport. The suites in the new wing are large and updated. Staff provides professional service although not particularly warm. I ordered room service and it arrived quicker than expected, and the price was fair. Elevator closest to my room did not work.

A good option for those coming in or leaving from Guarulhos airport.
