Ja fiquei hospedada varias vezes no hotel pela localização e pelo serviço. Tive problema com um vizinho barulhento durante a noite. Fui muito bem atendida pelo recepcionista da madrugada que resolveu rapidamente a situação. Todos estão de parabens pela qualidade do serviço. Voltarei muitas vezes e recomendo!

The Hotel needs updates, rooms are old with terrible smell. Bathtubs very very old. Front desk not helpful and with bad attitude. Vallet ok.

The room interior and other facilities are quite outdated. The official picture overstate the condition.Staff is friendly. Good location in the Brooklin neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is always the same and lacks variety. Overall fair value for the price.

Total is fine, but they forget to clean my room for one night. and when I came back in night, they couldn’t do it, coz the cleaning lady is gone. And I didn’t have new towels

Just an ok Hotel with cleanliness issues such as hair in the bathroom and linens, humidity, strong cigarette smell and some others. Very low value for money.

Staff was exceptionally helpful in every regard. The gymnasium was poor and the spa was non-existent.

Overall satisfied. Clean nice hotel. Window type air conditioner is a little noisy.

Exceeded expectations

I stayed for 7 nights. The room was big, apartment style with a separate room with living area. It had a small balcony. Furniture is old but in good condition.

Nothing special. Room was old and had a funny smell. Staff not that friendly. Gym and pool areas might need to be renovated. Breakfast was regular. Only outstanding thing was wifi (always good signal)

Stay was good but the hotel charged an extra 100 brazilean reals claiming its an extra fee for cleaning the room. First time this kind of an experience in decades of business travel.
