Person at front desk was nice and accommodating

Very comfortable and child friendly

The room was clean and while old, in good condition. Pool area was dirty and hot tub was out of service. The pool towels are teeny (tea towel size) so bring your own! The pool is cold so my little kids didn’t like it. Big kids were enjoying the waterslide. I didn’t expect much from the breakfast but it was disgusting. The hotel cost me over $220 for the night which is awful.

Overall very pleasant trip. No problem in check-in or check-out. Great to have a two entry doors. Cleaning is considered satisfactory.

Really tight and rundown room with mediocre breakfast. It was almkst 300 for night. Lowere than expection.

Very convenient for an overnight stay to enjoy Drumheller. The property is a bit older but well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but otherwise this was a good option, convenient to all the attractions.

There were too many kids staying here at this time. They were louse, running up and down hallways. Aldo couldn’t get breakfast easily and ran out of food

We stayed here over the weekend with our 3 kids. The room was big enough and nice and clean. The (hot!) breakfast that was included was quite nice and the staff was friendly and quick to help if we needed it. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed during part of our stay but we understand things happen. We would definitely stay here again!

The hot tub being closed was the biggest disappointment. We went out are way to get swim wear, to come back to find out that the hot tub was not working, and that was the only reason why I booked the hotel cause it had a hot tub.

Great staff and the pool is great for kids. But could be cleaner.

Hotel checked all the right boxes, but the hot tub was out of service and we were not told until we found out when we went to the pool. The reason I booked this hotel was fir the hot tub. Everything else was fine, great location and is clean.

Travelling with kids and a dog. Room was on the main floor with an exterior door so I could park right in front of our room. Breakfast had lots of choices. Only thing missing was hot chocolate, but the coffee was good and lots of tea options and fruit juices. The kids complained that the pool water was really cold and that wouldn’t have been as big of an issue if they could have warmed up in the hot tub, but the hot tub wasn’t working properly and the water was not very warm either.

It's nice from the outside but a bit rundown on the inside

I’m sorry but it is very dated, the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The beds in my room had indents and needs to be replaced. The door the room would close but had a good gap. Just a very dated hotel. Staff was very good and very gracious.

Very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and shower, breakfast was very tasty. Staff were very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.
