We left after 30 minutes because there was an odd smell in the room that wouldn’t go away. The hotel was depressing and dingy and there was no hot tub as advertised on the website.

Very disappointed that they offer a hot tub and we get there and there is no hot tub and would not help accommodate us because of that. Just wanted to charge us more for a room with a hot tub.

I was asked to leave because they didn't have a room for my dog. Which when I booked with Expedia I checked the box I had a pet. Very frustrating that I had to change hotels and have not been reimbursed for first charges and forking out money that I don't have right now for a place to stay.

WiFi was acting up during my stay. The only way to get o WiFi was to sit in the lobby close to the router. This was VERY INCONVENIENT.

It shows a hot tub on the pictures but there is no hot tub. The AC wasnt working and they wanted to charge me $15 to have a late check out of noon. That is about the price i paid foe the room....that is ridiculous. We obly needed a late checkout bc i had a sick child. Oh...and the smell. Dont use soooooo much fabuloso

Roaches, unexpected early check in fee only to be given keys that didn't work hours later. Room not stocked with listed amenities. And cleanliness was definitely not a thing.

I had a reservation and had no idea a $100 deposit fee was to be added on canceled it as I like other patron didnt have that extra funds Ended up driving 3 hrs home when I should’ve been in a room resting from previous driving that day

I canceled and left five minutes after checked in. My room reeked of what smelled like dirty animals and body odor. Stains on the curtains, walls, and the grout in the bathroom tile looked like it was moldy. The beds were stiff and there were no king bed rooms available which is what I booked. Also the air was completely off the room was warm, musty, and amplified the horrible smell in the room. I only good thing I have to say is the lady at the desk was incredibly nice, very helpful offered to change my room but i decided to go elsewhere.

This hotel is truly disgusting. I took photos of mold in the refrigerator and bathroom ceiling. Very strong dog smell in my room. I specifically booked this property because I was looking for a hot tub. The photos on hotels.com as well as the direct website for this property showed a hot tub in photos. After I checked in and put on my suit to enjoy the hot tub, I discovered it was boarded over. Neither Wyndham nor hotels.com is willing to compensate me in any way for this inaccurate information.

Just stopped to stay the night with my dog on our way to Chicago. Room was pretty nice, but did not have amenities shown in pictures. No microwave. Was a good priced room.

Had to change rooms 3 times because the first room the shower leaked, second room smelled so bad couldn’t stay in there 3rd one had for 1 night so we roughed it out. Also, pretty sure they have bed bugs
