Excellent place. Close to walk and easy to take the bus. Walk distance from Salamanca and the Santiago Bernabeu. Service very personal and attentive. Kiddos to Eric, Jorge and Anna in the bar restaurant. They accommodated to every requirement. Also they three lady at the concierge, very knowledgeable and patient. If I go back that is the place hands down my place. Antonio

Great staff. Nice big room.

Stayed here to be close to the Bernabeu. Easily within walking distance to stadium. Metro lines close by to get around the city. Would stay again!

Room services very bad , and no dry clean for clothes as normal 5 stars hotel, not all staff speaking english as all international5 stars hotels …

The only problem is it by is not handicapped accessible.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location that I always enjoy staying at when I come to Madrid. The staff are always very helpful too.

This hotel is not what I expected from Hyatt. We requested a twin room, with two beds and we got a room with no light and a very small window to an interior ugly and depressing fires escape. There was no sun light and the room was depressing. If the property would show true pictures on the website, we would have never booked a room there. Upon a request to change rooms, we were told that that is the only stack of rooms available as double rooms, and that we could get a suite with a King size bed ( not what we needed) and that was 100 Euros more per night. Other than that, the staff didn't offer any options and our stay in Madrid was not very pleasant.
