I booked a regular queen room, when I arrived I they gave me an accessible room which is ok but the he water pressure was awful, there were no towels and the room smelled of mildew. I went to the front counter there was a lot going on with the front desk person and other guest. Front desk stated that towels would be another hour, so I requested to be moved to another room while waiting.. that room also had an awful smell, and still NO towels 🙄. I had to go out and get SOAP, TOWELS, AND CANDLES to make our stay more comfortable. The second floor was filled with smoke, guest were super loud and unruly.. The pool area is disgusting and closed, fitness center closed breakfast area closed… a hot mess I wouldn’t recommend this place if it were the last option.

The room was dirty, tv didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, no towels or toilet paper. The staff was friendly. The pool was closed and the outside property was a mess.

Bad neighborhood. Super dirty carpets. Elevator doesn’t work. Took over 30 minutes to check. Over all very bad experience.

This place is disgusting. House keeping doesn't clean. Hallways full w trash No vaccum Bathrooms dirty One towel No wash cloths Toilet seat have spots on it Everything in the room was sticky Bed had stains on it And yes I have the pictures to prove it. Only thing i can say was the manager tried to accommodate me.. But as i stated the whole hotel was trash It should really be a one star hotel And the pool was not working and u advertising a pool

Will not stay ever again

I was checked in by Jparke, checking in was pretty quick and she was extremely friendly. The hotel is smoke free but the whole 2nd floor recked of cigarette smoke. Our room was disgusting, it was so late when we checked in and we had to leave really early or I would have found a different place to stay. The room was damp. There was used tissue in the drawer with the Bible. No towels anywhere in the room so when I washed my hands I had nothing to dry them on. The toilet set was all messed up, not sure what was on it but nasty. The shower was a concrete floor pretty sure and just dirty. The tv had no remote but don’t worry if you turn the tv on there are no channels so it is only there for decoration. One of the dresser drawers would not stay closed. Pillow cases looked greasy. When we checked out and went to the parking lot there were two dogs (German Shepard and another big dog) roaming around unleashed and with no one around so I would think random strays. We steered clear of them

THIS HOTEL IS NOT PET-FRIENDLY! They charged me a 'non-refundable' deposit of $75.00 (after telling me it would be refunded upon checkout) plus a $15 charge for a pet, in addition to the fact that when I made my reservation, the room is non-refundable. THAT IS MORE THAN I SPENT ON THE HOTEL ROOM. I am already planning on suing for false advertising and outright extortion. This hotel is not worth $160.00 a night. It gets 2 stars because the staff is excellent, and the room is clean, but it needs to be updated. The breakfast that was offered was absolute trash as it had one option, waffles, and the machine was burning them.

The hotel, the staff, the cleaning service and overall quality is absolutely acceptable for the price and serves the needs of a typical stay hotel. The location isn’t for everyone but that shouldn’t take away from the hotel itself as they do everything they can to make for a clean, comfortable and safe stay. Second time staying for a week and have all good things to say about it.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! The staff were not helpful. The toilet was clogged in our room when we got there. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very dirty with dirty tissues all over the counter. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The lights didn’t work. The tv remote didn’t work. The clock didn’t work. They were suppose to have an indoor pool but said it was under renovation when we arrived. There was no coffe in the room. They were suppose to have breakfast but the coffe machine was broken and so was the juice machine. So there was nothing to drink. The pictures online were very deceiving for what the property and rooms actually looked like. The shower was so nasty we couldn’t use it and there were no towels only one hand towel. It smelled like marijuana through the hotel. And the lawn was completely grown up around the facility. With trash scattered through the parking lot. A complete refund wouldn’t even compensate for how terrible it was.

AVOID Upon arrival the area required gated parking. It was broken. The room was humid. The TV remote had missing buttons & wouldn’t control the TV. One towel set for double occupancy. Manager was no help. Breakfast..no fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NO Coffee! Just waffles REALLY? The best part of the visit was seeing it in the rearview mirror.

Had bed bugs and wouldn’t give me a refund

My stay here was wonderful staff is wonderful facility is clean I didn't like the fact of staff being low on sheets rows and etc due to truck hasn't came in but this is a very good hotel but I believe the breakfast could be better than the cereal and waffles only at least have a meat and eggs or some other stuff but I would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent room quality

We arrived an hour early but room was available so we thought. One towel and washcloth in room for a two day stay and 2 adults, no tissues, no iron and ironing board had no cover, no soap in room. Coffee pot in room had no filter, coffee pot in lobby out of order! Toilet plugged up so I had to get plumber and fit it myself. Breakfast consisted of waffles, no butter, cereal raisin brand and an apple, nothing else! Next morning same menu but no forks so we ate with our fingers and went to wash our hands and no paper towels, juice machine out of order both days. Broken down car parked in the handicap parking space and part of fence knocked over, please do not stay at this hotel till something is done about all the problems.

The policies of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. $50.00(incidental up front fee), $75.00(pet fee: NON-REFUNDABLE) Only waffles and cereal as breakfast items. Neither of which help a person with diabetes 🙄. Overall, the stay was mediocre

They did not have towels available. Breakfast was not available the first morning. The second morning still no towels and no coffee or waffles, just cereal and juice. The ironing board was broke and the iron had a short in it. You could smell marijuana throughout the halllways.
