There was a hiccup with the check in process. I was moved twice but the staff was really nice and the rooms were nice. Breakfast at Plain Jane as good. All the staff I encountered from the check in to the valet staff and restaurant staff were all extremely hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice especially the bathroom. The location was in a great location. The staff was so friendly.

The rooms are small but decorated really cute, the hotel lobby is beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the customer service was world class!!!

It was my daughter’s 23rd birthday celebration. The location was perfect. However the rooms are small. So when we asked for a cot because a friend showed they couldn’t accommodate us.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast choices were limited with a lot of items on the menu not available. Rooms need to be updated. While the location was great the city is overwhelmed with vagrants and the path to the hotel has the stench of urine everywhere.

Clean but broken lamps and super small

My wife and I visited New Orleans for the first time and I would definitely return to stay here again. The room was small and quaint but well worth the money and extremely clean. The only con is the outdated TV, wish it had netflix or atleast it was a smart TV. Other than that i loved my stay there. The gym is also up to date and clean as well. Also want to give a shout out to Grant, he’s a superb bartender. All the staff are well hospitable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Its very convenient location, right at the heart of the French Quarter. Clean hotel and friendly staff.

Excellent Hotel: - Very Clean - All French Quarter Attractions including casino in walking distance - RTA Street car pick up right at the corner - Staff friendly, attentive, and efficient I would stay here again.

Indigo was a great place to stay in New Orleans. It was in an area that is more business oriented but walking distance to all the fun stuff, meaning we could sleep without lots of noise and drunk people! It’s also very beautiful inside and the front desk people were so helpful and friendly!

The hotel was clean the room was small but nice the shower wasn’t working and when it did work after maintenance came. The water was in cold and never really got hot and the pressure was really really soft. My only bad take on the Hotel.
