The exterior looks great. The service desk (Ruthie) was fabulous in every way (multiple occasions). The breakfasts were wonderful. But….our room need lots of work - sink was cracked and drain was almost stopped; bed was OK but not great; light switches need replacing; carpet is worn & dated; rooms needs painting. Last but not least - dog smell….

For the price of $350 a night, the room was not up to par. Super old. Popcorn ceiling. Shower barely works. Tile grout disgusting. Closet door tracks disgusting. Bed was clean and comfortable but with those prices they need to make some improvements.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful - eggs the way you want them, full breakfast buffet or both!!! We'll be back!

Especially liked Dennis at the omelette bar.

Was clean and nice

Staff was helpful and very nice but the room was horrible for the price we paid a lot of money and the tile in the bathroom was broken and cracked it was comming up. When we first walked in the room the window was open and very very hard to close. We were supposed to have a nice view and we didn’t. The beds were sank in and the shower head didn’t work correctly . For being luxury it needs to be upgraded completely.

Tile in bathroom area was is cracked and paint is chipped on closet doors. Out dated stove in suite. Furniture in suite livingroom needs replaced.

Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. And it was free!

Comfy beds and great breakfast

It was beautiful and the view was amazing!

Very nice place. Not all of the time to see beautiful scenery, wild horses, and Elk right outside your hotel room’s window. Loved the Ten Commandments statue outside front door.

Comfortable room especially the bed. The breakfast was excellent. Peaceful and quiet environment.

Location was convenient and the staff was great. The breakfast was delicious. The lobby area is well kept but the room was funky and needed some upkeep. Missing ceiling tile in the hallway right outside the room. Rust like Stains in the tub, paint and scratches all over the bathroom door as if someone locked a dog in there. For the price I just expected the room to be a bit nicer.
