Had a lovely stay. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel looks tired in the old part and could do with a tidy up and paint. The toasters in the breakfast need replacing they don’t work.

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our relaxing holiday, right on the beach, plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance will look forward to a return visit.

Vi bodde en vecka som familj på H10 Casa del Mar, i ett superiorrum med utsikt över poolområdet. Rummet var fräscht och lagom rymligt för två vuxna och vår 9-åring, men sängarna var tyvärr hårda och kuddarna ganska platta. AC:n fungerade, men lät en del eftersom den pulserade ut kyla även när den nått inställd temperatur – vilket störde sömnen lite. Däremot uppskattade vi att det var lugnt på kvällarna tack vare läget mot poolen. Poolområdet var enkelt men väldigt bra – rent, lugnt och tillräckligt stort för att passa både vuxna och barn. Det fanns inga rutschkanor eller liknande, men vår son hade ändå kul, särskilt med pingisbordet och det lilla lekområdet vid poolen. Hotellet har ingen traditionell barnklubb, men det var gott om familjer och en barnvänlig stämning överlag. Läget är en av hotellets största styrkor – det ligger precis vid stranden, så det var bara att gå ner med handduken på axeln. Frukosten var riktigt bra, med ett stort utbud varje morgon. Alla i familjen älskade omeletterna som lagades på beställning. Sammanfattningsvis: ett stilrent och trevligt hotell i toppläge, perfekt för en lugn familjesemester. Det är inte ett uttalat barnhotell, men passar ändå bra för familjer som vill ha det bekvämt och lite mer vuxet. Några små minus vad gäller komforten på rummet, men överlag en positiv upplevelse.

Exceptional hotel, sea views are amazing and worth the extra. Staff are excellent, food is lovely and location amazing, just 2 mins to beach dead opposite. Only critical point would be sun beds, stayed 10 nights and not a chance, sad to say towels down at dawn and no sign of empty beds being removed. Not hotels fault just selfish guests.

Location is great its right in the middle of the resort, beach across the road. Lots of bars at the end of the street if you turn right, turn left out of the hotel and there's plenty of nice restaurants and small shops. Hotel staff here are excellent, very helpful and polite. Personally, I found the beds too hard but i do suffer with back problems maybe its just me, the rest of the family didnt seem to notice! Sadly the indoor pool was freezing, and the outdoor isnt heated either so that was the downside to our holiday. Breakfast was great plenty of choice. Evening meal not as good but it was quieter, if I was to stay again I'd go bed and breakfast and eat out in the evening as I think thats what most do, which leads to there being less choice in the evening. Caught a bus in the resort to Palma, what a city a must-see!

Reminds me Ocean City vibes but with a batter view .Not my favorite.

Property has a terrible clorox and detergent odor that is unbearable and can make you sick. The bed was super uncomfortable, the shower was broken, room and hotel just looked not well maintained. Do not recommend at all.

Very clean throughout with very friendly, helpful staff, great location, plenty of shops, supermarkets & restaurants to choose from … lovely beach with reasonably priced sunbeds to hire, a great hotel for a very easy, relaxed stay.

This hotel is excellent. Clean and modern , staff and very helpful and friendly. Great roof top infinity pool and indoor pool and spa. Would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay. Sea view room on first floor with balcony area and further space with our own outdoor bed, rooftop bar and infinity pool overlooking the bay with sunsets to die for. Room was great (for Brits there is no kettle). Comfy bed and choice of pillows. Safe. Great Wi-Fi. Superb breakfast included. Pool area pleasant, water temp ok but sea and infinity pool warmer. Staff were great. Location perfect, loads of restaurants within 5 minute walk. Even thought it’s central it was quiet. And best of all 10 second walk across the road to an amazing beach. Can’t wait to return.

Postives - beach location, roof terrace & infinity pool, lovely staff, great pool area, spa, breakfast, Estrella on tap! Special mention for Christina at the roof top bar....always happy & helpful. Negatives - Room walls are paper thin & show signs of wear & tear. Id happily stay again but I'd book the new rooms at the front.
