Upon arrival clean quiet friendly will stay again

Great location, close to everything, very clean and very safe

The check in procedure was slow, only one of three elevators were working, the pool was temporarily closed, no hair dryer in room. It took a lot of leg work to get one. We have stayed at ESJ many times. New management needs lots of improvement to make this as successful as previous owners.

Was super nice and comfortable

The oven did not work,room was clean.stayed 5 days had no wash cloths our entire stay, they gave us hand towels to use....

The room was full of knats ( insects) .Power went out on 1st niggt. No tv for 1st 2 days.

I didn’t like that Our room didn’t get cleaned because we only stayed 3 nights

Breakfast was not included

Property is clean, quiet and very nice. The only thing is, there is no Pool. 😔

The updated double queen room that I had was beautiful. Loved the amenities, huge TV, AC/heat split unit modern kitchen and appliances and double sink that came in handy. Wife loved that the washer/dryer unit added the convenience of laundering our clothes without having to leave the room. Beds super comfy, area around hotel was walkable and had great food offerings. Beach access is great. We had a slight issue with lack of hot water, but a quick chat with maintenance and it was fixed in minutes (circuit breaker tripped). That was it.. Our stay was too short as we were so comfortable with everything that it just felt like home. The staff was genuinely happy to be there and supportive. Created a very welcoming atmosphere and we will return to the ESJ Beach Hotel.

Kitchen cabinet drawer falling. Rooms need to be updated/painted. Should offer to use pool from other hotels.

The property is in bad condition and we left after one night

The rooms were not ready for check in and they were missing towels. I wasn’t aware that the pool was damaged

Me qude en este hotel por dos noches. Primero no sabia q la piscina estaba en renovación. Y segundo y muy importante. Sali con picadas en todo el cuerpo. No creo q limpian , entonces my peligroso por cualquier enfermedad.

Everything was great, ocean view l. Food and staff. Room was clean too. Thank you!

Limited staff. The moment i started walking through the hallway on the 8th floor to the room, the floors were dirty and noticed storage doors by elevator was off the hinges. The moment i walked into the room, we immediately noticed mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls and stains on the bed sheets. Paint on wall was peeling off also.

Place was nasty
