Clean and comfortable rooms

Room was clean. Bathroom needs updating. Shower door was broken and the “wood” floor in the bathroom is rippled and coming up.

Great hotel close to the Stadium!

If you’re going to a concert this is an excellent place to stay. Walking distance to Credit One stadium! Great value.

I love staying at this Hampton Inn should be the model for all Hampton Inn’s! Clean rooms, comfortable beds & pillows and decent amenities. Not fancy just safe, clean & comfy. Breakfast bar is decent, good selection and clean. Parking is plentiful and easy. You can walk to most shopping and dining on Daniel’s Island. Great place if your seeing a concert on Daniel’s Island or attending an event.

The breakfast was good. Parking was easy. I have been staying here for the last 4 years when i travel to Charleston. Perfect location and Daniels island though getting very crowded still has great spots for dinning and walking.

Great location if visiting Daniel Island

The walk in shower is poorly designed. Water sprayed outside of the shower. Just a mess really. There was mold around the grab bars and shower tiles. The tile around the shower drain was cracked. No ventilation system in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty. Sheets are stiff. Our room was close to the elevator, so very noisey. Won't stay here again.

Great hotel! I’m glad we decided to spend a little extra and stay close to Credit One Stadium for the concert because it was worth it. It was within walking distance to the stadium, as well as the restaurants nearby. Plus, the customer service was excellent and the room was very clean. They allowed us to check-in an hour early, and the rooms have very large TVs in them (important to my husband) with the ability to login to your streaming accounts, as well as mini fridges. The bed is of normal comfort, and the AC gets really cold (important to me). We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or fitness center but they looked really nice. The breakfast had good variety and was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if there’s another concert at Credit One Stadium in our future!

Fine place with comfy beds and kind staff. Our room was a bit smelly and it looked like mold was growing on the ceiling.

Both employees at the front desk were so friendly, kind and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Linens were nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Didn’t really like the barn door style closure for the bathroom but no big deal. Everything else more than made up for that. The free breakfast was amazing. As an early riser, I really appreciate coffee being available super early.

It was okay. I got a call confirming our arrival and was told I could check in early on the app. Tried to do it only to find out since we booked 3rd party we couldn't when we went into the hotel. Then while I was talking to the lady on the phone she said our room most likely would be ready if we got there early. Got there early and it wasn't ready. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and 45 minutes went by and still wasn't ready. Then I got told oh well check in actually isn't till 4 so it was closer to the actual time so they weren't late. Even though the lady that called me at 2 told me that it was pretty much done and it would be okay to come in early. Then we finally got our room and went to put some food in the fridge and the door fell right off. Also the bed wasnt comfortable at all. Despite the fact that the location was close to where we were having to go it wasn't the best Hampton I stayed it
