Our room smelled really bad from the second I opened the door. The air was not turned on it was muggy and had a dog smell like it really needed to be aired out. I didn't say anything. Then we started to smell a really fowl smell when we layed on the bed. Like sour spoiled milk. It was really bad. I then said something to the front desk. We ended up having to change our bedding on both beds. I must say the bed was so comfortable and I slept great. And Alex did an amazing job accommodating us and our many needs.I love that the pool and hot tub stayed open till 11pm

This property was VERY DIRTY! Very loud with freeway traffic. Homeless everywhere! Did i mention how DIRTY the property was!!!!!!

Our room was filled with a smell of weed. You could see the smoke still in the room. There was an odor elimination machine plugged up and running on the desk when we arrived. There was also guys hanging out with the staff at the front entrance that made my crew feel very uncomfortable.

Super nice people, room was clean and nice enough. Downside was being in the first floor. Unbelievably loud, people walk by in the hallway at all hours chatting with no regard for those around trying to sleep. Being that first floor rooms are across from the pool, you also get the noise from kids playing in there and the noise from the doors that lead into it shutting closed.

Wasn't a quite place to stay but the room and service made up for it.

The room was nice, but restroom was a little dirty. Always travel w/wipes to wipe counter tops. Door would not catch. Door plate was loose and had to muscle it to close it. Minor stuff, but was affordable.

We were sent to three different rooms due to broken couch, in one room. Broken bathroom door lock in another room. The third room was okay. Front desk lady was a little rude when our key kept getting deactivated.

The place was great and the staff wonderful. Had 2 live roachs in our room.

The stay overall was good only criticism would be around breakfast. It wasn't being restocked frequently breakfast is from 630-10 but by 8 they no longer restocked bacon and other pastries and desserts.

We asked to clean our room and changed our sheets and they just make the beds with the same sheets. They didn’t even clean sinks or pick up trash. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten my deposite back.

This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I have stayed in. We come often to visit family and for fun.

Staff was very nice enjoyed our stay

The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness around the hotel was great however the room itself could have been cleaned better especially the shower. The housekeeping situation throughout our entire 4 day stay was super frustrating too!! The first day there they woke us trying to come in just a few minutes after 8am then the next day they never even came by the 3rd day they came in and only took the towels and left new towels. Then the 4th day (day of check out) even with the do not disturb on they tried coming in a few minutes after 8am again. Breakfast was good but not as great as we've come to expect from Holiday Inn again just seems to be depending on staff working that day.

The staff went the extra mile to help me. I very much appreciated the comfortable bed, the tasty breakfast, and the kindness of the people manning the front desk.

There was a homeless person hanging around the parking lot. Only 1 luggage cart. There was a k cup left in the coffee machine, someones eyelashes left on the wall. It just was not a great experience in the room.

We have no Cleanimg service, we stay two Days And they don’t clean the room after first day

Very close to the balloon fiesta. Hotel is very clean and neat.

Hair in shower and on floor by toilet. Couldn't turn off light by TV, called front desk, they hung up on me. Called again, she refused to answer. Slept with a towel over my eyes, problem solved. Bed comfortable, area safe. Not a terrible stay.
