Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great accommodation and comfortable bedding and towels. Zacks restaurant has great food everytime we have stayed. Will be back again

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and updated facilities. GM Donnalea also went over an above to contact guests who were staying on the public holiday to advise of local businesses who were open for all guests convenience. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

The happy hour was a nice touch after the drive from Brisbane

Centrally located with great facilities and good dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay and the room was lovely. If I was in Toowoomba on business, it probably isn’t the best choice as there are no areas for that, no rooms or spaces set aside for that. Otherwise it was great!

Fantastic

Beautiful place to stay - pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade when checking in. Only a short stroll to the Empire Theatre where we watched a show. Reception staff super friendly. Highly recommended.

Is advertised as Toowoomba's luxury hotel, however fails to deliver. Booked the Luxury King suite, room was clean and tidy but overcrowded with mishmashed furnishings and confused styling. Lack of robes was also disappointing. Was a nice room but not luxury.

Large room, comfy bed, very friendly staff

Was good until got charged for things didn’t even use!
