This is an older facility, BUT, it is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower was great, very good breakfast, and the staff are just the nicest.

We enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The staff behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here and I will probably stay here next time we travel to Branson!

Staff particularly. EVERYONE we encountered was very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the breakfast hostess. Many times they are not helpful. This young lady was very helpful, polite and just a genuinely nice person. The room was also clean and convenient. Breakfast was good. Seemed all of the tables wobbled. Crowded but we were mostly able to get what we needed. Maybe need two waffle machines.

The bed mattress was very broken in and you were forced to sleep in one spot even if you moved the hole pulled you back in. Only issue. Hotel was great

Wear and tear on the property is evident, and while there was an attempts to make repairs, the repairs were poorly done. An investment into a good contractor via maintenance personnel would make a huge difference. As an example. The sauna had recently received new built in benches. Looks lovely, however the cement floor looks well worn. Paint the floor or put in wooden flooring. Complete the project. Drywall patching in our room was poorly done. The mud taped is visible and the texture is bad… Honestly, we enjoyed our stay, this is just an example of things that I noticed, if you are really interested in knowing where you can improve or enhance your property.

The front desk employees were amazing. Stacy, Cheri & Andrew were extremely friendly helpful and provided anything we needed and went above and beyond. Breakfast staff kept everything clean and full and very friendly. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. Except waffle maker was broke. 😭😭 I will definitely be staying there next year when I go.

We stayed 3 nights at this Best Western. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful!! Beds were comfortable and room temperature was great!! The only negative was there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and the faucets and handles on sink and tub need to be replaced. Our last day there I left the a/c turned up fairly high and when we returned I noticed a musty smell. Once the room cooled off it was better. We would stay again!!
