I would have liked for the restaurant to have been accessible for dinner. The restaurant is only technically open during breakfast hours.

Staff was excellent. Our room (167) was really moist. The floors and carpet felt slightly damp. In serious need of a dehumidifier running in there

I'm not someone who stays in hotels frequently but i thought the place was clean and aesthically pleasing. The bar and dining areas were busy which felt like the place was popular. I didnt go to the bar or dine there however. Pool looked really nice as well. Parking was convenient. The Royal farms being there was also a plus.

The hotel completed their renovations 2-3 years ago and everything is modern and clean and very attractive. Best hotel for this price by all means.

My stay was okay until I called about my deposit. I got in the pool on Saturday washed my hair and went to bed. When I woke up I noticed my rinse got a bit on the pillow case. No biggie it washes out with no issues. I was charged $50 for damaging two pillows which probably costed $10 each because they weren’t even that comfortable. The rinse, didn’t get on the pillow itself. Just the pillow case. I guess the money spent on the room for the entire weekend wasn’t enough I needed to be charged $50 for cheap uncomfortable pillows.

Close to turnpike, clean and comfortable

Upon check in, the room that I booked( king bed with queen sleeper) was not available and I had to accept another room ( 2 doubles). Of course the hotel blamed Expedia stating they didn’t send over a reservation for king with queen sleeper. Then the staff member proceeded to tell be that this would be more comfortable since it had two beds; I booked the room I did for a reason and don’t appreciate being told what’s better for my family. I do believe I paid for a more expensive room.

This is the perfect location if you are traveling by PA Turnpike NE Extension and need to stay in the Lansdale or Skippack area.

Definitely would stay here again.

The staff is so helpful and kind. The rooms were way better than expected, the hotel bar is a must visit. The breakfast was incredible.

Nick at the front desk was very helpful and should be recognized for his outstanding performance. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The service was outstanding. We did not ask for housekeeping but the maids made sure we had everything we needed. The remodel is fresh and functional.

Recently traveled with folks with mobility issues and this hotel was not conducive for them at all. Each wing (there are two) of the hotel requires the guest to transverse several steps to get to the actual elevators/rooms when starting from the front desk and breakfast area. The only other option is to exit the hotel, walk or drive to the side door of that wing and access your room. If the weather is bad, tough luck getting back to the breakfast area or front desk from your room without getting soaked. In addition, the lack of wheelchair suitable curbs is very limited. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine. Nothing great but okay.
