Shuttle was quite convenient and very helpful

The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were just right.

The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear every TV on both sides of you, every time a somebody uses the bathroom or takes a shower and Doors slamming in the hallways. Room stunk, flying bugs in the room on the other hand driver was very accommodating with transportation to and from the airport.

The customer service at the front desk & breakfast went above and beyond to accommodate our family for & during our stay.

The room had a smell to it when we walked in, then when turned on heat it smelled like smoke and so I turned off immediately so the room got cold because it was on 66 degrees and cold when we arrived at 9:30 pm! Ice machine on 1st floor and 3rd floor still isn’t working (wasn’t working in May when we stayed there).

Musty, slight moldy smell but otherwise very basic and ok

The doors close loudly. If you are a light sleeper, bring noise cancelling headphones. I’ve stayed at this property several times before flying out and it’s been very convenient.

Nice attentive staff at check in and check out. They were able to provide a late check in and out for me.

I booked this room on our way home from the beach and thought an indoor pool would be nice. It was not. It was green and slimly.

There was nothing to like about this property I will be asking for a refund

We checked into our first room to discover there were large fresh blood stains on the mattress cover as well as a huge urine stain. It was clear the mattress pad had not been changed and a fresh sheet was just placed on top. It was disgusting. I’ve never been to a hotel where something like this happened. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was clean. Beds weren’t comfortable and breakfast was sad.
