Construction of this Hampton is cheaper than most. Floors creak, walls are thin. Is it better to be by the elevator or a screaming 3 year old?

Rooms clean, comfortable, breakfast decent, parking easy, neighborhood safe, convenient to freeway.

The shower was noisy. The guy upstairs took a shower at 5 am and it woke me up out of a dead sleep

Everything about the stay was wonderful.. except interaction with management...or lack of interaction, about an issue with a phone in reservation. Mgmnt would not meet me face to face, sent the sweet front desk person. Very poor mgmt. Every "employee" we met were wonderful, professional and courteous.

Normally go to the Hampton but this one was old. Had an odd smell in the room.

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that checked us in, but he had long blonde hair and he was just a pleasure to speak with. He was very professional and super nice.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. And the amount of light and outlets for our charging was outstanding
