Shower curtain had hair in it that wasn’t ours AC leaked overnight up to the bed and the music was loud in the reception area, so if you’re in 1st floor by it you won’t sleep for awhile

I was charged a lot and Don is doing everything he can to get those charges taken away. Very friendly

Hotel was nice, rooms were nice. Beds not as comfortable. But overall was nice place to stay.

Was very disappointed with the faulty air conditioning, but was too tired to report it or move rooms. I had little confidence that any of the rooms had adequate air conditioning.

Quick overnight stay. Easy pick-up at the airport, even though it was late night and staff was extremely friendly. Room was great. A/C unit a bit loud but not complaining as it worked great even during terrible heat wave. I stayed at this hotel several years ago prior to the renovation; they did a decent job. Would stay here again!

Worked fine to stay close to the airport before flying out. One employee to do everything it seemed so prepare to wait for shuttle. Dog friendly so that was nice

Older hotel first time ever room window was in the lobby. Breakfast was poor quality.

In general, the property was very average, nothing special. Parking was difficult. Given the number of options that there were around the airport, I regretted this choice!

Very dark and dingy. Water dripping from hallway ceiling. Door didn’t open or shut properly. Caulking covered the mold in the shower. Room lights in picture were the only lights that worked.

Beds have a metal skirting around them and are annoying every time someone accidentally kicked them. Shower was run down and bathroom had a musty smell.

Dirty, Electrical outlets did not work on right side of room. Horrible musty smell, loud! Right next to pool where everybody parties which they did not disclose. And proceeded to tell me this was a room they were going to disassemble because it wasn't sufficient. Had no room to move me to and did not discount or refund me or offer another day in a better space for the money I paid!! GARBAGE DUMP!!!

It was very clean, great indoor pool and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast is very typical of a hotel.

There was no bar by pool or hot tub like pics show. Other than that was good.

The night receptionist was so nice to my son and let him play the piano. The room and pool were very nice. The shuttle service and short term parking were a huge plus! We would definitely stay again.

The overall stay wasnt bad, in the initial booking it stated that the rooms were "sound proof" which they were far from. I could hear the peiple above me, in the hallway as well as in the next room

Wasn’t the worst, but would not stay here again. Lots of shotty construction work. First room was locked from the inside. Hallways smelled and were hot. The floor in our room wasn’t very clean. Random lamp unplugged next to the bed. My husband had to level the fridge because it was lopsided. Kids at the pool screaming into the night (I was staying to run a marathon the next morning). Something (we guessed the fridge) was making a clicking noise all night long. 2/10 and that’s being generous.

We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. I am not one to leave a negative review, but my goodness.

The property is good for a 1 or 2 night stay at most. Room had a broken shower piece, water was cold and the walls were incredibly thin. Looks good in pictures but not that great in person. Staff was nice but the hotel is bare bones meaning no soaps or lotions. Nothing fancy. Would not recommend and would definitely not stay there again as this place was one step removed from a motel.
