The location is very close to pretty much everything, shopping and food. The room that was booked was sold out upon arrival. The front desk did try to accomadate me with another room. But not having 2 beds when you booked for 2 beds isnt a compromise. The room also smells of smoke!

Unexpected fees

Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean except for stains in carpet.

Dirty bathroom and room it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Love this place if the price is right

First floor access worked out great this time at the Inn, as the elevator was out of service last time. This trip into town we did not get any bath size towels upon arrival or the next morning. But the front desk offered to extend our checkout time an extra hour, to make up for not having fresh towels to apparently allow us to drip dry for the day. Not really sure what the issue was today.

Was very close to the Dow Center where I attended a Concert !!!

Staff especially hrlpful & friendly.

Elevator was not in service, front desk made quick fast arrangements for a handicapped women with double knee replacements to move from third floor room to first floor access to accommodate her while the elevator was out of service. Thank you for your much needed attention to her.

Upon check in I was told they overbooked the hotel and that my room was given to someone else. Thanks for that, was really convenient to find another hotel at 9:00 at night.
