We loved this property. Beautiful. Clean. Close to the town of Estes, Rocky Mount Park, and Boulder only 40 min drive. Rooms are so nice, lots of storage space, fireplace in the room so relaxing. Mattresses are comfortable. The food at Embers (the onsite restaurant) is amazing. Muffins with the morning coffee are delicious. And amazing views in every direction. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Loved every min.

The property itself is beautiful, however there absolutely 0 amenities available. There’s no breakfast, no coffee, not even hot water. Rooms are cleaned only if you ask. Staff was mediocre with their service. Barely anything around. There is an overpriced restaurant onsite.

LOUD music at night and at 6am. Front desk seemed to not care. I would definitely not stay on the wkd. Also no free coffee and muffins fri-sun. Not sure what we are paying the resort fee for.

The Resort is a great, convenient location for those looking to see spectacular views and to get into Rocky Mountain National Park. Downtown is great for strolling, grabbing a bite, and it’s easy to get to from The Resort. We enjoyed a drink and dessert after a long day of exploring in the restaurant taking in the sights across the lake. Very quiet in the off-season (beginning of April).

Sadly, there was heavy construction going on and we didnt get to enjoy our stay like we used too. We weren't told about it upon check in and placed right next to it. Asked to be moved, but still two doors away from it. When I asked the front desk, he said there was nothing they could do it about it. It was very disappointing, especially that we had looked forward to this for my sons Spring Break and so I splurged more to make it special and guarantee a clean, relaxing stay. I had reached out to the AGM and never heard back regarding my concerns.

Awesome One night stay with family. Check in an hour early before Check in time. The guy at the front desk helps us and he is so friendly. Will be back again.

We stayed on the lakeside and had the most fantastic views of the lake and mountains, including a breathtaking sunset. We dined in Ember restaurant 2 nights in a row and enjoyed the food, drinks, and view. Our days were spent hiking in the mountains and enjoying the National Park and the town of Estes. This will be a place we happily return to in the future.

Beautiful property! Great room. Nice staff. Great food at the restaurant. My only complaint was there was interior construction going on right next to our room. Fortunately we were out of the room during much of the time they were working. Also, couldn’t adjust the temperature in our room and it was too warm. In their defense we were only there one day and they said they would look into it.

Loved our stay! Loved so many things about it, the fireplace in the room, the decor, the view but my favorites were: Ember and the trail right off the hotel around beautiful Estes Lake, we will return!

Our stay started with meeting Maxamillion at the reception desk. He was very friendly and always greeted us when entering and exiting. If we had questions he was able to answer them and provide us with a solution on whatever we needed. We also enjoyed the lake view and amenities like the fridge , water bottle filler, and microwave.

This is right on the water! We stayed one night with a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 5 year olds. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was nice. The room was a little dated but had that Rocky Mountain charm. The hosts were very accommodating. We were there in early October and they had Smore kits for families for purchase ($7). There were several fire pits outside to use too! The best park about Eates park is hearing the Elk Bugle when walking out in the morning. A very special place in the heart of the Rockies.

Stay was very nice. Only problem was i booked a lakeside room . I was informed that it was not and ended up paying an additional cost for an upgrade.

The area was very nice but we were a little disappointed that there wasn’t anything to do in the evening. Looking forward to a warmer experience to see if there is more of a night life.
