Food was very good,Bed was very comfortable

The room was very nice and clean. The check-in staff was efficient and helpful.

My 12 year old son got in the hot tub and his foot was cut on a screw. The hotel staff did not apologize or act concerned what so ever. His foot has to be glued and steri stripped back together. The hotel also had an infestation of ants

Breakfast buffet was amazing.

The check in was easy and the rooms were comfortable. We were there for a family Christmas Adventure at the Warm Springs Ranch. The Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were clean and the pool was great for the grandkids.

Service was very friendly. The room was nice. The only drawback to this stay was that the pool was under construction. When you travel with kids, you look for hotels with pools. It's the only reason we stayed here and to find out the pool wasn't available was very disappointing.

They are renovating, the hot tub is waiting on a part. We had a blast and pretty much had a beach party in the pool! Staff was very good and helpful! It was a very fun trip! Thank you

The shower in the room didn’t work and the check in took 45 minutes

The hotel is undergoing remodeling and we had a new remodeled room which was very nice . Facility is going to be beautiful . Close to food gas etc cute town friendly people
