I know this area pretty well and knew I liked it. I was hoping to be able to see outside but unfortunately all I could see were a bunch of roofs. The area is frequented by geese who are very entertaining to watch.

Nice stay!

The pool was inapproprible and one of the elevators was also broken. Breakfast was not included The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: * Delicious and varied breakfast. Cons: * Non-functional swimming pool. * Unjustified charge of 6 dollars. The overall impression could have been much better if not for these two significant drawbacks.

The hotel and room was nice, I only rated it three stars because I paid for the hotel via Hotels.com, however, the hotel made me pay them at the hotel as well. Need this addressed.

Hotel listings has indoor pool listed as an amenity. Unfortunately we found after checking in that the pool has been out of service for months. When this issue was brought to the site management, they felt it was most important to talk about reservations through a third party instead of directly with hotel. Management did take accountability for falsely advertising amenities that they did not have available.

Had a little sweat smell around closet area as you enter room. Everything else was fine.

Clerk who checked.us.in didn't.know.what she was.doing. She.tried to charge.us twice. The next morning that clerk could.not find.us in the system anywhere. After 15.minutes of trying she dent us on our way.

a great place to stay

Always a reliable place to stay when in town, the room was clean and the bed was comfy, however it made the loudest sound almost like it was about to come off the frame. The breakfast is always so good and the price isnt horrible for the convenience of not leaving.

Excellent location, easy parking, clean rooms, friendly staff. Would stay here again. Wish breakfast was included like other Hilton locations.
