The staff were friendly and the location of the hotel is great in terms of all the sights to see, great restaurants and cafes around. However there seemed to be an electrical issue in my room where the power turned on and off every couple of minutes. Other than that the breakfast was great and the location is awesome if you’re in Florence for a short amount of time.

I chose this hotel based on its proximity to some of the landmarks in Firenze. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel and everything in Firenze is walkable from here. The hotel is very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast, specially the different and fresh pastries every day.

Great location! This service was amazing. Check in was easy and they were very helpful with places to see and transportation. We had a continental breakfast that was delivered in the morning and was excellent. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Al principio da una buena impresión con sus nuevos ascensores. Pero las pésimas habitaciones no se parecían en nada a las fotos, habitaciones sucias y polvorientas, el aire acondicionado no funciona, encontré uñas de personas en la cama de la habitación y también en el suelo. No volvería.

Room looked nothing like the pictures. False advertisement. No hot water. Annoying staff and policies, insisting you leave them your key every time you go in and or of the hotel. Never saw this anywhere else. Also insisting on you paying *cash* for 21€ arbitrary “city tax” with no paper receipt. Threatened to call the police and hold on my luggage if I did not pay cash (I wanted to pay by card). Overall fantastic location, terrible management. Parking Michalengelo just underneath was 5-stars, these guys are professionals, fantastic service (not associated with the hotel)

This hotel is in the center of walkable attractions like Duomo, Statue of David, and Central Market. From the railroad station, a taxi can be between 22 and 28 euros to the hotel, depending on time of day and traffic. There are two small two-person elevator lifts: One from the street to the first floor reception, and one from the first floor to the fourth floor. City tax was paid upfront in cash at check-in. Reception staff was friendly. Rooms were OK, Breakfast was OK in a nice dining area. No pastries. Housekeeping is insistent on changing your towels and making up your bed. Any garbage not in the trash bin will not be picked up. Other than that, nice hotel.

Super location, just a few minute walk from Palazzo Duomo. Lots of places to eat very close by and food was very good. Just a couple minutes walk from several attractions. Hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, loved out room (except for the hard bed but this seems to be the trend in Italy so beware). Would def stay here again,.

Marvelous location and spacious room. However, as a cuddly sleeper I didn't appreciate falling inbetween the crack of our "queen" bed which was just 2 twins pushed together.
