I think this was my second time at a Country Inn. They've been consistently affordable and pleasant. The parking was easy, check in was easy and the room was nice.

Convinience of food, shopping choices, friendly staff

We have stayed here many times and it is our “go-to” place to stay when we visit the grandkids. This trip, however, began with roaches everywhere in our room, including baby ones! My wife called the front desk, and they were able to give us a different room even at 12:15 AM, but nothing was ever followed up about how the rest of our stay went, etc. The roaches caused us to throw away some of our food, and they got in our bags and pill dispensers! The response was lackadaisical. The breakfast here has always been top-notch and cooked perfectly with the exception of during COVID when they only offered box breakfast. This trip, the breakfast was not as good, and every juice dispenser dispensed only water.

When we walked in it appeared neat, but after we got to our room there the room had a stench. The room was tidy, but it STUNK. I was somewhat concerned about the office chair in the room as well that was obviously broken. I hoped that I was not going to be blamed for the broken chair. Maybe this stench is a humidity issue. I'm not sure. People at the desk were nice. Breakfast included, but no juice, and the breakfast was rather chincy.

Rundown place! Save your money and go somewhere else! Owner has put idols everywhere in the lobby, this is hotel not some Indian temple! Very bad management, molds in the bathroom ceiling, dirty walls, dirty linen, tv didn’t work, bed side lamp didn’t work. Owner is fooling people by the name radisson there is nothing like radisson.

Car was vandalized, breakfast was horrible both days. Cold food, over cooked breakfast sausage, etc. Front Desk could careless.

Easy to check in the staff was nice and friendly the bed was comfy and the room was clean

It was cheap, but dirty and run down. The lobby had a strong smell of incense. I thought that was bad until we walked down the hall. The smell from the carpet was overpowering. There are nicks and dings in every wall and surface, stains and holes in the carpet, and nothing has been painted in quite some time. The furniture and cabinetry in the room and bathroom have seen many years. The biscuits and gravy breakfast was fair. We’ll look elsewhere next time.

Absolutely disgusting. Found 3 roaches in our room. Couch had stains all over. Everything was dirty. Shower curtain rod was falling off. Worse hotel i have ever stayed at

My ceiling was leaking urine. I had to be moved to another room. It was a very horrible experience

I drove in to meet my sister for a little weekend getaway. We were so excited to sit by the pool in the beautiful weather and catch up. Imagine our disappointment when we were told the pool was closed by the HEALTH DEPT. and once we took a peek around, I can see why. I wanted to speak with a manager but allegedly no one was available. I tried calling hotels dot com and all I got was an AI bot. This hotel was so filthy. The carpet is ripped up and a fall hazard in the halls. I saw a baby roach in the life machine but didn’t have my phone to take a pic. Huge stains on the carpet in the room. I have multiple pics and it was just a horrible experience.

The property was very dirty and smelly. The room ( suite) was dirty, carpet was sticky, there was bad smell coming from beddings.

It took me almost 25 minutes to find the exit to the property

Staff was great...just odor in entire building..carpet needs to pulled out and some renovations could be made

The bathroom needs updating, hole in the window, holes in the sheets on bed, toilet seat stained. Mattress very uncomfortable. Staff very friendly

Cleanliness and loitering was horrible.

The smell in most of the hotel was horrible. The juice machine at breakfast was horrible! Killed three spiders in the room the first night. Two of the emergency exit doors were locked from the inside.

The room had a strong smell of damp, and when I asked for sheets for the sofa bed, they said they didn't.

Smelt walking in and down the hallway very musty. Walked into room and notice carpet missing and the room just smelt. The beds were damp due to lack of de humidity from the air conditioning. Mini fridge was leaking water into The carpet and the bathroom floor was slimy feeling. The ceiling has mold on it and it’s obvious the exhaust fan hasn’t ran in a wild due to rust on the metal. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall was not a good stay and will not be staying here again
