Great staff. Nice property.. pretty safe part of sketchy town.

Booked a room here a day before, and the whole process was smooth! The staff was so welcoming. We had an issue with the AC in our room when we first got in, but maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes of us calling down to the front desk. The only thing that was a bit cheap was the towel hook in front of the shower. It was falling off and attached with glue or some sort of sticky pad.

Felt safe while inside the building but questionable outside lots of crazy people that came out at night

Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable. You do have to pay for parking and it’s across the street but convenient enough for a downtown location. Wi-Fi worked within the room and common areas. Bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. Hallway was a little worn but room was bright and spacious.

The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was not included and $10/person for your typical free hotel breakfast anywhere else. The hotel is in a BAD neighborhood. There were several homeless people passed out out side on the sidewalk. Definitely not family friendly.

Clean

This was as expected, great views and comfy beds, for us it was a nice one night stay in Memphis. Parking is not great but what else can you do for a downtown. Eat BBQ while there its so good in Memphis.

I picked it because of price and location - It ia perfect and the roof terrace is unbelievable - will stay there anytime I go to Memphis going forward. Rooms are fantastic too!

So happy with our decision to stay here! We were treated very kindly and service was great; only thing is we got some conflicting information from the front desk (said there was room service when there wasn’t), but overall a great experience, would stay again!

Too much stuff didn’t work

the staff was super nice and professional! Very nice! The carpet in the hall and bedroom carpet could use a cleaning.

The place was wonderful breathtaking views of sunsets on the rooftop will definitely stay there again if in Memphis again

Staff was really nice!! Mr Willie was very helpful.Beds are more like full size,uncomfortable w nice pillows.Carpet was filthy in rooms and lobby.Rooms was clean though.Roof top bar on Saturday was nice.Two drinks after 7 about 37$. GOOD VIBES AND VIEWS.

There were staff going into rooms stealing things and placing them in other guests rooms, the elevator stopped working with people on it, it was HOT in the elevator and hallways and they turned the air off in the building around 9a every morning… the staff also drank personal drinks from refrigerator in room..and they never gave me my security back as promised!!
