I booked a room and breakfast for 3 people, to the hotel, the hotel said our order was only for 2 people because of that we had to pay again for breakfast. I've been contacting cs and providing proof of breakfast payment to CS and until about mid-April until med there is no settlement, only to be asked to wait and say that the hotel has provided breakfast for 3 people. I am a loyal customer but if there is a problem there is no solution. Very disappointed!
