Clean and friendly service

It was an overnight stay, Mon, Jul 14-Mon,-Jul 15 as I was catching an early morning flight out. I forgot a white charger cord for my watch and an alarm clock. Was told they could not find the cord. It was in a small plastic zip lock bag but could not have been mistaken for anything to be thrown away. That is the only thing I am unhappy about. If they find it I can be reached at 507-358-8776 or mailed to Barbara Swafford, 200 W. Foster St., #107, Melrose, MA 02176. the watch is useless without a charge.

My Favorite place to stay when in Rochester

No pool as advertised

The pool was closed and we were not notified prior to our stay. The bathroom in our room was surface clean. But had peeling wallpaper, and we could see mold behind it. We had a large whirlpool tub in our room. When we filled it and turned it on, brown crap came out of the jets. Needless to say, no one took a bath. We asked housekeeping for more towels 2 days in. They left the towels, gathered the trash in the baskets. Then left it sit on the coffee table. The breakfast was excellent. Same thing every day, but very clean area, with someone wiping tables and chairs consistently. The last thing was our key cards. Only one worked consistently. We went to the desk several times, but were locked out several times. I will not be using this hotel again. And truly would like at least a partial refund.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Service was good. Staff were friendly. The airport shuttle made this hotel very convenient. My only issue is that I wish I had not completed the pre-arrival check in notice. It created complications with our credit card charges. However, the General Manager understood and took care of correcting them.

The hotel was clean and the room (a suite) was extremely spacious. The shower was great - and there was even a Jacuzzi tub (which wasn't even mwntioned on the booking). The staff were very kind and reponsive - despite our late arrival. Finally, the view in the morning was nice.

Was easy to get into rochester and travel around. Breakfast was great each morning. We stayed three nights here to visit with family. Super quiet.

Property was a little outdated but front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

Convenient. Property is being repainted and all the windows are covered with thick plastic. Entrance ground is breaking up and uneven. Shower had great water pressure. Towels are thin. Rug in the room was very stained

Easy check in, front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast, nice rooms and I enjoyed the pool and whirlpool, especially the extended hours. Very clean, comfortable beds and rooms. I will stay there again.
