Instalaciones muy anticuadas para ser un 4 estrellas . Colchón de maja calidad y cama incómoda . Almohada muy fina . El aire acondicionado funcionaba mal y hacía ruido . Habitación oscuro . Olor a cerrado al llegar . No lo recomendaría

Schönes Schlosshotel. Zimmer ausreichend groß, schön leise trotz Straße vor dem Fenster. Service unterscheidet sich von teils freundlich und zuvorkommend zu lustlos und abweisend. Interkontinentales Frühstück und abends die Möglichkeit im Restaurant mit wechselnden Angebot zu nutzen (Preis 16,-, 3 Gänge Menü, top Preis Leistung, inklusive Getränk)

We absolutely loved the Temple Hotel, it had a Knights Templar theme, from being ‘greeted’ by a suit of armour in reception, to iron braziers for the lights, medieval style furniture and pictures, even the key to the bedroom was an iron ‘Tau’ - all in homage to the spectacular Knights Templar Castle in Ponferrada. In addition the rooms were comfortable, the welcome was warm, and breakfast was a veritable feast worthy of any knights!

Baja calidad en el personal que atienden el bufete del desayuno. Falta de vasos en el baño. Mando de tv que no funcionaba.

Unfortunately the last remodel of this facility was probably 1960. This is a modern city with real hotels. I can’t suggest this to be anything more than a modest Albergue that obviously has private rooms

A bit away from historic district. Comfortable. Good value.

The hotel was beautiful and the perfect walking distance from everything in town! It was clean and always felt safe. The staff spoke some English & were always kind about our lack of Spanish knowledge. We loved it!

A hotel bar that had no white wine for sale. Room was fine along with reception who helped me book an extra days stay during a busy time.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in Spain. They have horrible customer service. Wifi is impossible to connect to. Hotel backs up to a loud street. No a/c and my window would not open. Walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation of people next door and above you. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night to go to a different one, I am so glad I did. The front desk was horrible and unhelpful.

A little dated in feel but otherwise fine and in a lovely old building. Helpful staff and comfortable room. But they need to update the confusing light switch systems in the rooms.

Comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast

The reception staff were great but the hotel is tired dark and dingy.

The hotel is nice but NO downtown, where the nice and interesting sites are far. My room was small but enough.

We stayed one night during our Camino. It was good value for money. It was clean, quiet, dark and the air conditioner was effective. The staff was very helpful and recommended places for dinner etc.

Room allocated was really old . Toilet paper was left on counter as there was no roller ( broken). Sink stopper also broken . Not sure room allocated was due to booking with hotel.com .
