The property is fine, but we booked an accessible room in February, because we knew this was going to be a high demand night. We arrived tonight, in May, and found the hotel did not receive the instructions from Travelocity to put us in an accessible room. This is the second time this has happened when booking through Travelocity. Tonight, the hotel has zero spare capacity and we will have to take the rooms booked. They are very sorry they can’t help, but that is down to Travelocity not passing on instructions.
