Had a good experience here. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Conveniently located.

Rude staff. Hallways and non smoking room smelled of smoke & must. Loose hair in bed. TV did not work, AC did not work. Room was dirty & bathroom was dirty as well. We decided to leave within an hr of arrival. Huge waste of money, would not return.

Great location, great beds and bedding excellent value

The rooms were dirty, outdated, and contained multiple broken parts and panels. Sheets were itchy and stained. I will never stay there again.

did not stay there , had a death in the family, had to get back to NY tried to change stay to a sooner date ,called Microtel was told they could do nothing told to call Expedia, called , was told the the room was available for the requested earlier time but I would have to pay a PENALTY to change the reservation to earlier date !!

We enjoyed our stay, television was way smaller than what we’re used to traveling. Orange juice was old, another guest informed me not to drink the coffee and we were instructed not to bring the breakfast back to our rooms it was just bad at that point lol so other than that our stay was ok i guess

I booked a double bed but they changed it to a single and then charged me and my friends extra to change "back" to a double. The beds also had cigarette burns on them and the window curtains had wholes in them.

It was fine. No Frig in single Bed Room.

This property is right next to the highway so it was a bit noisy overnight.

The manger was unprofessional currsing and disrespectful. The lock on our door did not work right and he was nasty about it. When we asked for a new room it was an inconvenience to him. This was my worse stay I ever had in all 30 years

The walls are very thin. If you need a good night sleep this is not your place.

Needed a room late night for a quick sleep and early departure. So I didn’t see or use much in the hotel. The concierge was extremely pleasant during check in and out. The bed was very comfortable.
