Great service and a beautiful hotel

Restaurant service was very slow. The many interns need to be managed better.

Nice resort-style stay, if a bit impersonal. Staff didn't fully explain all the amenities, and I was surprised to find the sauna,steam room, indoor pools. I would've been upset to find out later that I missed these.

Friendly staff, spectacular, picturesque location, amazing rooms! Everything you'd need in a comfortable stay, really. But for those who like locations that are close to a city or close to shopping, just know that Kempinski's location is a little remote.

5 star hotel in 10 km from Gozo terminal

An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return.

Beautiful, sprawling hotel. Good service. Lovely outdoor pool. Only slight issue was a noisy family heard from above room.

Absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel itself is just gorgeous. Can’t wait to return

It’s a great property, but it’s very expensive; yet the quality of service at the reception offered is poor that I would have given a 1 star, but since some of staff members work harder than others, I’ll not. We needed the biggest suite for 7 which was unexpected, as only 5 of us were supposed to stay there. But all their so called big suites were actually not big enough… it took forever to get us checked in and we still didn’t have enough soap, towels and kitchen cookware. And a broken dryer … why check us in a room that was not inspected? Everything that’s requested takes 3-4 times the effort to obtain it. The massage I got was overrated and expensive, but the sauna was dreamy. It felt like a movie set. Despite the distress, they did approve our late check out which was nice. We got free drinks while waiting to check in and bar staff was very nice and professional. We did have a good time, but it could have been a little cheaper and maybe a free meal for all the distress?

Great hotel and service however my room was not ready until 4:30pm instead of 3pm check in. I was surprised that nothing was offered as gwg such as complimentary drinks etc. I had to argue the next day to give me a late check out when this should have been offered without even asking.

Second time here. Quality is still best on the island by far. From A to Z can’t find a single thing that would need to change. Hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful hotel and facilities

Absolutely stunning hotel. Just stayed for one night but would definitely visit again. Service and staff were wonderful.

Nice place very isolated

Reception and fine dining amazing! No fans for outdoor eating though and too hot to sit outside! Likewise in the Japanese gazibo restaurant. Why no fans? Had to move bedrooms twice. This hotel has lots of interconnecting rooms and noise insulation is so poor you can hear everything in neighbouring rooms. Very poor. Attention to detail not there - inexperienced staff. Spar is FABULOUS!!! Pools are beautiful. However, be prepared for noisy kids - which is fine as long as you are not looking for a quiet poolside experience. Staff didn’t enforces kids exclusion from adults pool. Fine as long as you are aware. We love kids but sometimes want quite adult space
