Older hotel but reasonably priced with good reviews. Decor dated, with no closet - just a crooked hanging area in the corner, and breakfast items arranged in odd order for complimentary breakfast but we were comfortable and felt safe which was all we needed. Close to major road and worried about noise but was quiet enough after 10:00 on a weeknight.

Dirty!! Sheets were not changed. Still salt on box spring cover from winter. Ac didnt work.

This place is a definite bargain. If you want a clean comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank this is it.

I booked the place last minute and since I had my dog with me, I needed it to be pet friendly. Desk Person was friendly but a bit slow. The room was clean and had I needed. Would stay there again

The front desk personnel seemed uninterested. The room smelled and very outdated

Always a no frills, decent trip.

1. Our first night, I slept or tried to sleep on the left side of rm 122. The mattress is in terrible shape on that side and should be replaced. 2. The sink stopper was disconnected to the that opens it when on pushes down. I ask the it be fixed. The second morning I found that the stopper was up so the water flowed down the sink, but it was still not attached lever that opens and closes the stopper. 3. There was no orange or apple juice either morning and no effort was make to provide fresh citrus fruit instead.

Property is well maintained with plenty of parking. It is close to Ball State University and the amenities of Muncie.

I loved the automatic lighting in the hall and bathroom. This was a great help when getting up in the middle of the night with my glaucoma. The receptionist was super nice and friendly. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The bed was really comfortable.

Will be my go-to place to stay when I go to Muncie.

We have stayed here before. It's usually pretty quite, clean, very convenient and reasonable. I feel safe here. There was some kind of large dust/dirt on the desk, I'm wondering if it came from the AC as the AC is right over that spot. Also There was one little thing of 2 in 1 shampoo in the shower that almost looked used. Otherwise the beds were clean, everything else seemed to be clean. The staff was very nice. They do provide a hot breakfast, which we did not partake in this time as we were meeting friends for breakfast.

This was a great place to stay for our weekend at the FERR event at Muncie Speedway!!!! Go FORD..definately will see you next April...
