It would have been nice if the pool was open a little later. The spa was very dirty and brown.

The room was fine except the beds. I tossed all night. My wife’s arms went numb. We had only 1 crappy little pillow each. The bedding was lame-a sheet and paper thin blanket. The pool area was good. We enjoyed that and the hot tub.

Everything was fine, it served us well as a place to sleep and shower, and dog friendly. The bed was on the firm side, but it was okay, and an extra pillow on each bed would have been a plus. My only complaint would have to be that the coffee in the room was terrible.

Our stay was fine. We were on the second floor which was a challenge for one member of our party who has a knee problem. There was no elevator. We had a barking dog on our floor. It would be nice to have a bath mat for the tub. Other than that we were okay with our stay.

Our stay here was great. Very last minute . Between two people (split cost ) it came out to $55 each . We got to walk to our favorite coffee shop Pinetop Coffee with our dog/pup , came back swam in the pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi before checking out and continuing on into our adventure . We felt very welcomed with our pup by our side.

Very cute for a short stay. Pretty awesome that they had a mini fridge with a freezer, that came in real handy!

Only thing was there cuz I had bad knees and I have to go upstairs every evening other than that it was all good

An OK hotel. Super close to softball fields for weekend tournament. NO elevator. Got to lugg everything up 1 flight of stairs if you dont get first floor. Only 2 floors thankfully.

The hotel was newly remodeled and very clean from the lobby to the room we stayed in. The check-in desk was unmanned but a phone on the counter prompted you to pick up for assistance and was answered promptly. A very welcoming associate arrived promptly and checked us in quickly. I was pleased that my pet fee was only $20 for 2 dogs, and I was texted the room entry information, wifi code and phone number for support upon check in, no card key required. We didn't use the fireplace or spa tub for our stay, but they were clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. I appreciated the apartment sized refrigerator over the mini fridges we usually get in rental rooms. It was a great room for a reasonable price and we will stay again!

It was very good. Use to have continental breakfast, but im ok with nothing. I didnt use indoor pool. Clean, comfortable im happy.

Was only there for a quick overnight stay. Check-in was fairly simple. Staff was friendly. The bed mattress was not very good at all, very hard and lumpy, and it was only three small pillows. Otherwise room was OK for a one night day and what you would expect for a two star hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms. Quite area with trees. Restaurants near by and pet friendly.

Pros: Very friendly, clean facility, pool and hot tub were well kept, vending on-site, large fridge and sink next to it, microwave, warming light in bathroom, quiet, and felt safe. Things to consider: no hair dryer, no place in bathroom to put your toiletries, no facial tissues/kleenex in room, no early check in unless you pay an extra fee, front desk not always staffed, but there is a phone to get assistance. I will definitely stay here again if/when in Pinetop-Lakeside.
