We liked the.location and the cleanliness

The room was basic but had everything we needed. The single beds were quite narrow and too soft for my liking. The room overlooked a kind of back shaft. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a really good selection of food for breakfast and everything was very fresh. There is a coffee machine where you can have free coffee or tea at any time of the day. The hotel was centrally located and we could walk everywhere. The bus stop to the airport was just 150m away.

It was good except the construction on 4th floor was loud. New floors were being installed and I was trying to work in my room. It was a bit disappointing to be there during construction. Also no one made me aware of it or gave me an option to choose a different floor. Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly, there isn’t a restaurant in the hotel.

Not a luxury room, but very functional and comfortable. The air conditioning was not controlable in the room. I was told this is centralised. As room comfort temperature is very personal thing, it would be nice that this was explained in the Hotel rules. Everything else was tip-top. Great breakfast and attentive staff. Good taste in decoration

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, walking distance to old town, Nidaros cathedral and museums. So perfect location. No hotel actually has parking, they direct you to the nearest parking lot. Which can be a schlep. But you can park on the street after 8pm for free but set your alarm to remove your car before 8am. You can also buy a maximum of 3hrs on the meter in advance and leave it on your dashboard. So we had parking until 11am, costing 119Kr. Bed comfortable, but pillow exceptionally flat had to ask for a second. No refrigerator in the room. Bare necessities for a short stay. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Budget friendly stay.

I was on a business trip. So, things I considered important are different to what others may consider. I found the hotel to be conveniently located - there are supermarkets close by. The internet connection is very good and the rooms have desks with enough light. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is a fridge in the room that is empty and very handy for anything you buy in the supermarket. I would stay there again. One of the nice things was I could adjust the temperature in the room (important in cold weather).

I only stayed here one night for work, but it was a very pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good bed, nice breakfast, and checkout was fast.

Nice room, decent size, clean, friendly staff and convienient. Breakfast is good. Free tea or coffee all day. Only draw back was a lack of air conditioning, not something I would normally consider for Norway.
