Free parking was advertised on the listing but was not offered

Flight was weather impacted and got stuck in Utah. Hotel was need and this was good and not far from airport. They have shuttles.

I’m allergic to down feathers and the person at the front desk took the time to personally inspect the pillows remove them and replace them with feather free pillows in sufficient time.

W have stayed there before. It's our go to place when traveling from Reno. Breakfast is good, and take our dog

The computers were not working when we arrived, so couldn't check in. I asked that they call us while we were getting dinner so we'd know we didn't need to find alternate accommodations, but nobody called. Upon check-out, since check-in was problematic, I asked for a printed receipt, and they could only accomplish this from one of their computers (email was too confusing for the desk clerk). The room was too warm (with the AC not working in concert with the thermostat), and the hot water at breakfast tasted so strongly of coffee, it was unusable.

The check in process was not good. I was given a key and sent to a room that was already occupied and then when I went to the front desk to get a new room I had to wait 15 minutes because they had to physically go to the room and check to see if they were occupied. The staff was friendly regardless and our room was clean except for our bathroom sink. Thankfully we were only there to sleep.

my car window was broken and several expensive items were stolen.

Recommend this hotel. Front desk staff was great...friendly!! Shuttle driver was awesome. Comfy bed and nice room.
