The pool are was closed on Sunday and was left very untidy from the previous day.

The place looks abandoned from the outside and is in dire need of landscaping

Terrible conditions and service. In our first room, the door barely opened, the toilet wouldn’t flush, no working phone, and no ac. They switched us to a new room. Still no ac, and the shower barely dribbled out water. Asked the front desk for a fan and they never called us back. Talked to management before we left, and they still haven’t called me to resolve the issue two days later.

I booked for 3 days. I only booked because of the amenities, there was no free breakfast as the kitchen was closed. There was no WiFi, the tv didn’t work nor the phones to call down. I asked the front desk person about the WiFi she said she would send an engineer to my room. She never did. I asked all three days about the WiFi. They always promised to send an engineer. No one ever came. I spoke to a gentle on my second day he said that the WiFi has been off for a while . I’m not sure why they are not telling guest. The halls were filthy with bags of trash from each room. The cleaners didn’t pick them up for over 20 hours. The actual 2 queen room Was decent. The bathroom was terrible. The tub was peeling and every time you turn on the light a shrieking sound rang until you turn the light back off. I found blond hair all over one of the beds. I’m brunette. One of the beds only had sheets and no thick bedding. Ac works great was really cold. Pool was filthy throughout all hours. It was never cleaned, shocked, or detailed. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The ice machines either didn’t work or were off. Couldn’t find any free drinkable water in the hotel. It was a packed hotel. Noisy throughout all hours. Even after noise curfew. Walls extremely thin. Elevators are in horrible conduction some being out of order. Others being incredibly shaky. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. As it’s to noisy for just sleeping. No WiFi for business to be done on personal computers and pool is dirty.

We got a big room and that’s nice. The towels are not that clean though and there are little stains. The pool not really good, thought it was bigger.

There was no parking around the hotel had to pay to park. The room has very little air conditioning. Only thing to do was go swimming and the little pool was packed.

Long line to check in and only 2 people at the desk, until one of them left. We waited almost an hour to check in. No parking on site, only 1 handicapped spot in front of the hotel and we were told that we could only park there to check in. When we arrived at 5:00 in the afternoon, there were dirty linens and garbage piled all along the hallways, with all of the unpleasant odors that accompanied them. when we left in the morning, there was still garbage lining the hallway.

Hotel did not look near as nice as pictures. Nothing seemed kept up. No parking in the area.

Very disappointing in general. The price was decent but we we were met with inadequate cooling throughout the building. Our room had a wall unit that could barely keep up and did not cool the entire space and the common areas and elevators were intolerably hot. The entire place appears to be falling in disrepair - just doesn’t have a very professional appearance. There was no parking available and everything around the area was under construction so we had a bit of a walk from a nearby public (non secured) lot. All in all very disappointing - wouldn’t rate it higher than 5 on a 10 point scale.

AC DIDNT WORK, TV DIDNT WORK, chair in room 305 had blood stains all over it. Trashy hotel

Restaurant and bar advertised on line for hotel was not open. One of the reasons the hotel was booked. No ice on any of the floors. Room fridge didn't work. Hallway smelled like sewer backed up. On occasion smelled like marijuana. Parking was horrid due to construction. One elevator out. Hot water was in and out. Air conditioner in room worked.

Our stay was just okay! We had AC in our room but some rooms did not and it was 95 outside some people were leaving! The hotel is not in what I would call the convenient part of the city! The structure is very outdated and not taken care of very well . Grass had not been cut for quite awhile! No breakfast was available and free parking was very limited! We will not stay here again!

The sink glue in the room you could see still the pool needed to be cleaned more

Our room had no working AC in majority of the hotel. Was told the air conditioning was being worked on only AFTER we called and inquired about it being extremely hot in the room. Came back to our room at 3am to still no working AC. Was told we could move rooms only to be moved to a room with bugs and dirty sheets. Had to leave hotel with nowhere to go due to all hotels in the area being booked. I had asked to speak to a manager and only after going back and forth with the front desk worker did he attempt to call a manager on the phone. My friends and I had to stand outside of the hotel with all our belongings calling around to find somewhere to stay at 3 in the morning. Terrible experience with horrible customer service, hospitality and sleeping conditions.

Ac was out

The air conditioning was out in the hotel on a very hot day unfortunately. By the time we got back to the room that evening it was working but it took a while to cool everything off. The one thing I noticed in my room was a light fixture not working in the bathroom. However the beds are very comfortable.

Air conditioner was not working, and little to no parking, not enough linens provided for number of people in room, ice machine didn’t work, no tv remote, loud from the pool.

We asked for extra blankets and pillows as we had a child with us, but they said they didn’t have any at all. It was advertised there was a restaurant. There was not. No air conditioning. So after being in 92 degree weather we came back to an 80 degree room. All in all one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.
