Service and my points are not available due to an error. Your reception said it would be corrected but NO WAY. If I do not receive my points I will delete the MARRIOTT app and never stay at another MARRIOTT you can place all my points in your trash can. Terrible service on your part.

While the resort's beauty was a notable aspect, its pricing was excessive. We would have appreciated more support with the additional resort and parking fees. In contrast to other resorts with distant parking, this one did not provide adequate staff assistance for transporting guests between vehicles and buildings. Additionally, we encountered an inconsistency at the pool area, where our bags were checked, but the attendant (William) failed to inspect the bags of the next 5-6 patrons, leading to a perception of profiling.

Great experience

Everything was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the fitness center every morning, the lobby bar and the tavern and everything was wonderful! We plan to visit again with our family soon!

Beautiful property with a fun waterpark. We really enjoyed staying at this resort.

We checked into this hotel at the end of our trip to use the waterslides. The property itself is huge and doesn’t feel luxury in any way. The pool was grossly full, and I wouldn’t even allow my daughter in the lazy river due to the film and amount of people in it. The entire pool area was over crowded and there was trash and empty drinks everywhere. This is not at all what we were expecting. It felt like a really cheap all Inclusive hotel in Mexico, but the food and drinks were overpriced, low quality and more expensive than the Four Seasons in Scottsdale that offered beautiful grounds and exceptional service. Would not recommend!
