The only thing I would change is the property needs a spa (hot tub). I enjoy this hotel each time I stay.

Beds are very uncomfortable, staff is very nice . Also paid extra for a suite and couldn’t use the stove cause the exhausts did not work

The swimming pool was clean, but the rooms were not that clean. The shower water was smelly, and there were flies all around the property. The location was good.

TV only could get sci Fi channel 😩 Water smelled and tasted like sulfur , but lovely pool and great price with breakfast included, although the coffee was not great

Good value for Jekkyll Island. Easy access to beach. Friendly staff.

The room had areas of disrepair. There was an old light fixture on the wall with no shade. The light outside the door ( several others) was not installed, making the hallway very dark at night. Overall, it he staff was friendly and helpful.

When you're used to staying at a 4-5 star this is sub par. Noise at 7am (landscape) on a saturday is unacceptable. Constant pounding of hammers throughout the day..not sure if this is the right time for renovations when people are trying to get away to relax. Poor timing on Mgmnts behalf. No one answered the phone half the time. Will not stay again.

For the price and location on a great island it was a great fit for our family. The carpet in the bathroom had a bit of an odor to it as the days went on, the front desk often had no one there or a long line and some workers were way more helpful than others, check in was interesting. The room had some great things and some sttange things. The shower hardware needs updated, had issues with syopper, and were warmed about taking hot showers that might set off sensitive fire alarms yet if you didnt turn it to hot you got no water pressure. The room is very spacious and again location couldnt be beat if you are looking for a quiet beach option. The breakfast was pretty good also. Daughter enjoyed the pool and there are plenty of spray off stations returning from beach or entering pool.

The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I was able to check in early to give babies a nap. They also delivered whatever I needed. Breakfast is a nice bonus and ifs a step above most continental hotel breakfasts. The king two bedroom is a great value with tons of room! We put two babies in the kitchen in pack and plays, 2 adults and child slept in the “twin room” which is actually 2 FULL size beds. 2 adults in king room.

Nice staff! The room was spacious and comfortable.The only issue was not having any working channels on one of the bedroom TV and the other bedroom had one channel. We still managed to enjoy our stay!

Power went out in the morning - they were not set up to even check the breakers so it was a couple hours to get an electrician out. Never heard the end of the story and checked out early. Otherwise ok.

Safe quiet walkable easy parking dog friendly

The suite was nicely appropriated. Staff was helpful, professional and courteous. Parking was provided. Location was close to all amenities.

This hotel was a bit dated.... definitely could use some sprucing up. Parking was great, right outside the door. Breakfast was a bit weak - needed yogurt, more fruit, bigger cups for coffee. Other than that, it was clean, had clean sheets and clean towels. The shower was awesome! Rain shower and massage shower heads - very spacious, too. The hotel suited our purposes.

Rooms are somewhat dated but clean. We had an issue and they promptly moved us.

Family trip with husband, daughter and grandson. Very clean and accommodating. Breakfast good, staff polite. Hotel clean!!!
