It was obviously an old building. When we first arrived, we learned there was NO hot water but were promised that someone would be working on that issue soon. After several hours, it was resolved. In addition, the breakfast was really lacking. There were eggs and sausage, but no biscuits. It was extremely limited. I would NOT recommend this accomodation to anyone.

The young lady that worked at the desk was very sweet. The pictures of the hotel are not a true representation of the hotel. The rooms weren’t dirty, but they were very outdated. Rust and mold in the bathroom.

I did not stay at this property. There were no rooms available. The front desk stated she would issue a refund. I am still waiting.

I reserved a suite because I had my 3 children and my mother. Our room door lock did not work. We had to get the hotel host to open our room door every time we went in or out. The bed frame of one of the beds was broken. I, personally, had to sleep on the broken bed. I slept across the foot of the bed, sideways, to avoid falling in the floor. The bathroom door would not close. It was jammed. And the wall mounted shampoo dispenser was empty. To add, every thing in the room was rusted. The light fixtures, lamps, anything with metal, and the curtain valance was falling off the wall.

Water was cold. They said it was nothing wrong with the water and you had to give it a little while for it to get hot. Even if it did get a little lukewarmish you only had a split second before it’s freezing cold again. Jets suppose to circulate water in the tub. The jets were sucking it in.

We were pleased with our stay at the Sleep Inn. It was a last minute check in but Peter at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The location was close to the highway with restaurants and a mall nearby.

A rundown property. Everything in the hotel was "out of order". The front staff was excellent.

These are being used loke apts. Only a tiny fridge and coffee maker in room. Lots of people cooking in their rooms. Was definitely a fire hazard. We checked out a day early because the awful smells from people cooking. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes trying to check out. Finally had to go find a housekeeper myself to check out. She stated she didn't know where the front desk person was. Didn't apologize and when asked why so many people were allowed to cook in theirs rooms she shrugged. Wouldn't surprise me if the place burned down. Not safe for families.

The hallways smelled like a mixture of weed and some sort of spray to mask the weed. The place looks like its outdated. The furniture in and out of the room was old and stained. We couldnt use the pull out couch bed because the foam mattress was nasty and a big chunk was missing from it And it had a ton rust stains on it. My kids refused to lay on it. When I mentioned it to the front desk, and asked for a roll out bed, they said it was $15. The bathroom shower looked like the shower head was rigged in some form so it wouldnt fall off. So ghetto. The floor like they hadnt been vacuumed. To be honest, I was scared to even lay on the bed. I kept my sweatpants and sweater on and was scared to roll over on it. Breakfast was pitiful. The ladies were nice though. They just had waffles, cereal, bread, and muffins…all the carbs, no protein. Not even fake eggs. The coffee was nasty too…watered down. The place is cheap but for another $10, I could’ve gone to a Hilton. I will never stay at this hotel again.
