Very well located

Hotel is tired in appearance. Staff sometimes appear indifferent or overwhelmed due to shortages. Breakfast environment very similar to a cafeteria.

Beautiful property centrally located.

Our room was a little tired. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Our room key failed on 3 occasions and we needed to get a replacement at the front desk. Breakfast was lovely.

I had a wonderful stay at Palacio de Burgos. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, the food is delicious. The breakfast in the morning was the perfect way to begin my day. I was on vacation and stayed in Barcelona, San Sebastián, Madrid, and Burgos, and Burgos was my favorite time while visiting Spain.

Great location. Walkable to Bus station, 4 minutes and main location in town. Great view of park from lobby on a rainy day with a drink. Historic building. Great staff.

Lo recomiendo

This was a return visit to a property we last visited 5 years ago. Everything was very good except: we checked in online in advance and selected our favorite room location. On arrival at 15:30 (early) we were told it was not available. Disappointing. Dinner at the hotel was excellent, a surprise. Breakfast was not as elegant as 5 years ago, not a surprise.

Great location across the river from the cathedral and old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Great dog-friendly hotel with excellent breakfast and convenient parking. The only minus for me was the cost of parking. Excellent location too and a fabulous dog walking route following the river starts from the hotel's doorstep. Would definitely say again. Note: If you are not comfortable parking somewhere where it is very tight, the hotel car park is not for you.

All good except the cost for the dog of €35, this is the highest we have paid. Also bar bill was extortionate

A beautiful building, but the room was in need of maintenance. Scruffy woodwork & broken plug Also the online check in and room selection was a waste of time as the receptionist gave me a different room

Perfect location for exploring Burgos. The room was gracious and very comfortable. The parking was easy and onsite. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom was large as well has having a good size closet area. The hotel is nicely decorated with beautiful furniture and art. The bar in the lobby is nice for relaxing at the hotel. Many restaurants very close and the view the river front rooms (room 106) is very nice as well.
