Great staff, great service. Rooms and installations need a little update or refurbish, but overall excellent experience during family stay.

Customer service was great. Everyone so attentive and always checking if I needed anything. Buffet was great, servers and cook awesome! The lady making the omelettes very efficient and kind I enjoyed talking to her. The only negative about the hotel is that is old and needs to be updated. Our bathtub/shower didn’t work, no water would come out they immediately send someone to fix it and he was vey fast and did a great job, but it was an inconvenience because it was late at night and needed to rest. I didn’t want to leave a negative review because the staff was great, but people need to know, my experience.

In the mornings and evenings there are tables with beverages and goodies on each floor of the hotel rooms.

I enjoyed the restaurant within the hotel. The location is not easily accessible, as the drive through restaurant next door had too many cars lined up and backed up to the service road. The shampoo, and all the liquid containers in the Bathroom appear to have the same substance. More attention on that is needed.

Muy buen servicio, te hacen sentir como en casa, todos muy amables, lugar muy seguro, y la comida deliciosa,intalaciones limpias. Todo excelente, gracias.

Close to airport and the beach

Very convenient location, great size rooms and confortable beds. Rooms can be renovated a bit, furniture looks old

The only and terrible problem are the old equipments of air conditioning , I WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP, they make a lot of noise. I asked if all the rooms had the same equipments and they said YES… 😔
