Wonderful visit at ProfilHotel! It is well located and more reasonably priced compared to some others. Breakfast was lovely each day. Torva was an outstanding hostess! She and the whole staff were kind, professional and ready to assist with any needs (directions, activity reservations etc.). I did have an issue with cleanliness in my bathroom, but the staff worked quickly to fix it. We would definitely come again!

We received a warm welcome and quickly received the key-cards to our room on the 1st floor, a twin classic. The room size was fine for the two of us, overlooking one of the main streets, but not noisy from passing traffic or people. The decor was nice and the room very clean, especially the bathroom where the fittings were of good quality + nice selection of sundries had been provided for washing etc. The air-conditioning was a disappointment (it made a bit of noise but no difference to room temperature) - however, we didn't really need it during our visit, with external temperatures remaining reasonable. The television / entertainment requires updating, in my view - only one English-speaking channel (Sky News) isn't the greatest selection in today's society & expectations. Breakfast, on both days, held a good selection of cereals, fresh fruit & breads + preserves, which were all really tasty. Staff were always pleasant on Reception, always answering questions effectively (with a smile). Overall we felt the hotel provided good value for our visit, and would recommend to others searching for a place to stay in this district - a 2 min walk from the main shopping area, 15 - 20 min walk from the train station.

GREAT location as it was onl a few blocks from the water. Many restaurants within a few blocks. Very nice breakfast buffet with a good selection. Coffee and tea in the lobby. Dog friendly with dog biscuits and paw wipes at the entrance to the hotel. Staff very helpful, friendly, patient.

The Profil Hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. The breakfast was unbelievable. My room was on the sixth floor and very warm. I had to open the windows, but listened to a large noisy motor running all day and night. The front desk offered me a floor fan. Don’t stay on the sixth floor.

Nice, clean and convenient hotel. 20 minutes walk to most attractions like Gamla Stan, Vasamuseet and Central station. Also close to a couple of metro lines. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall, our stay was great. Nevertheless, it would be appreciated by the guests visiting in future to mention the fact that the bathroom has glass, fully see-through doors (and no, the see-through milky curtain does not help in this case). The breakfast buffes was delicious, except the horrible scrambled eggs.
