Pleasant staff, comfortable bed. Hotel just looks a little sad and even with an open window the room was very warm.

Not really happy with room, I think the room we had seems more suited working away from home, Room was small, bed had to be pushed up against wall,The Bed was really comfy, Bathroom fan ran for ages, If comfort is what you want, Maybe pay more or stay somewhere else,

Nice hotel for parking with friendly swatch but no lift. The room lacked sound proofing to a point where it was impossible to sleep At times. Loud aircon unit next to bedroom window loud crashes and bangs late at night. Generally not good for rest. Avoid if your a light sleeper and need quiet to rest.

OK hotel, nothing too exciting but reasonably priced and in good location. Would use again.

Good value for quite a central Bristol hotel. Clean, comfortable. Some road noise, but it is on a main road therefore also easy to find.

The property is now looking tired. We asked for a quiet room staff seemed deaf to request. There was a wedding on saturday. Hhe room was vibratibg with the sounnd of the d.j. bass.Had to complain 3 times before music was turned down a little. Wont be stopping there again

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a buffet - plenty of hot and cold variety.

Ok ish hotel. Staff are great. Had a single room, no plug sockets next to bed is a massive pet peeve. No additional plugs next to tv to and your smart tv devices. WiFi slow and ususable apart from viewing emails. No chance of streaming. Very old building so the floor boards creak throughout and if your unlucky enough to be next to a hallway fire door, that thing bangs close and will keep you awake if traffic on your floor is high at night/early morning.

Been using this hotel for many years, service is good, communal areas are nice and modern. However on this particular trip the room allocated was incredibly poor and dated. The bathroom fittings were old, couldn’t establish what was the hot / cold tap as all markings worn off. The room was so hot and no method to turn heating down. This room just needs a complete refurbishment.

Overall it was a good stay and the location is not too far from the city centre. An area I think could do with some improvement is the noise. The windows weren’t blocking much noise and the floors are quite squeaky. We were able to sleep well overall, but the noise can wake you up.

Poor quality room . Window would not close as old wooden ones so no way to shut out road noise bath enamel had large patch missing. Breakfast was ok but one heat tray was missing lid so has browns were cold ans sausages were very uder cooked

I arrived back at the hotel after work on the final night, and my room was left open. My belongings were still there, but I don't feel this was a safe trip. Towels were dirty twice, and one wall light continued to flicker.

Excellent service

We had come into Bristol on a late flight and had a meeting next morning. Big room comfy bed, bit cold at first and had to switch on heating. Very pleasant stay.
