Everything was great other than construction Noise all day right next door, over the fence, guys were grinding away the facade and balconies, it was driving me crazy… but the view and everything else was great, great people working there.

July 4 weekend pretty nice and quiet enjoyed ocean view balcony room, pool and restaurant

Bal harbor is known for its luxury & style. The hotel is in the center of this town. Beautiful waterfront evenings and wonderful upscale restaurants. Love the pool, beach, our balcony , and the staff. All lovely and a nice gem.

Great hotel that shoots above price point

The building is old, but location is the best, personnel is very friendly, amazing pool, the beach is great, the bal harbour mall and food options there - all just great. The Bal Harbour is the best neighborhood in Miami Beach in our opinion and the SeaView hotel has the best price/value ratio from the beach line hotels.

Beautiful peaceful

We stayed only for 1 night. We drove over from Naples with the family for a summer vacation kick-off. If we had booked for longer, we would have changed hotels. This hotel is old which we have no problem with. It's a beautiful old building. But, the carpet was smelly and dirty. The bed mattresses were saggy. There is no vanity in the bathroom to put your things. We a late lunch in the restaurant. The service was excellent. The food was good quality. They should have warned us about the construction on the building next door right next to the pool. We could not sit outside to eat or swim, it was so loud. My daughters were covering their ears. And, it's just not a relaxing experience.

This was my second stay at the Sea View and these guys really care about making sure thier customers are happy. I really like the Artdeco and the fact that the keep the rooms in good condition. Guest services/front desk are amazing. Housekeeping is amazing! Used laundry service for this visit and it was excellent! I have found my spot. Will be back again!

Checked in and was told I had to pay all these extra fees. The hotel itself is definitely not a 4 star. It’s outdated and the shower wouldn’t even drain. Would not recommend staying here.

Exceptional Stay at Sea View Hotel – Bal Harbour My recent stay at the Sea View Hotel in Bal Harbour was truly delightful. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony, which provided a serene spot to relax and take in the ocean breeze. The staff at Sea View Hotel were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone contributed to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. The Olympic-sized heated pool and the well-maintained private beach area were perfect for unwinding. I also appreciated the on-site dining options; the Terrace Restaurant offered delicious meals with a beautiful ocean view, and the Sea View Coffee Shop was great for a quick bite. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to Bal Harbour Shops made it convenient for shopping and dining. The surrounding area is peaceful and upscale, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, Sea View Hotel exceeded my expectations. Its combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes it a standout choice in Bal Harbour. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Close to the beach and very quiet

There was a Wi-Fi hotspot in our room in the sleeping area. It lit up the room like a night light, but since it also blinked rapidly, it was impossible to sleep. I had to stand on a chair to cover it with a shirt. Also, you have to access the pool through a narrow basement tunnel and you can't use your room key to open the door...you have to push a button and wait for security to buzz you in. The pool closes at 5. You pay the resort fee to use the pool but it closes before you can use it on your check-in day. The bathroom was tiled by the lowest priced contractor in the early 90s. The restaurant staff was amazing.

Definitely recommend! Great spot for families or couples looking to get away from the party scene. Great pool area, private beach. Super friendly staff - big shout out to John- he was fantastic but then again, they all were. Looking forward to going back.

Staff made things extremely inconvenient. Every little change made with the room was a massive up-charge.
