The hotel needs some serious renovation

Great customer service and very clean and comfortable room!

Stayed in room 204. The room is dated and needs updating. The wall paper in the room is with stain and looks to be like its peeling. The furniture that holds the fridge is damaged or looks to be chipped. The bathroom tub looks to need to be replaced as the tub bottom looks like it as water stained or needs to be painted. The bathroom is very small. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are comfortable. The room needs more lighting. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs per my daughter tastes raw. The apple juice was nasty and OJ was watered down. The pancake my daughter spit out as it was awful. The breakfast sausages were good.

The door “entrance one”, The door did not lock when closed. This was after hours. Guys hanging out under overhang at the main entrance smoking pot.

The physical property showed a few cracks, water damage to wall paper but not too bad. Your system had us checking out on Monday, when in reality our reservation was through Wednesday. Our room key cards were deactivated and we had to have them reprogrammed three times.

Bathtub was old and had hair in it. Found an old french fry and a toy car just under the bed skirt. The room smelled bad and I ended up buying some air freshener. It was hard to regulate room temperature and the breakfast buffet was just ok. Couldn’t really eat it due to dietary restrictions.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in in quite a while, very clean and the staff was very nice when checking in and out

The front desk associate remembered my name and called me when a room was available early! The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The front Dest staff was rude and had attitude the entire time and weren’t able to check in until late late

Non-smoking room that smelled like fresh smoke session of marijuana. TV didn’t work. Bathtub drain plug broken. Thankfully bed was comfortable!

Bed comfort..

Children late at night running around the hallway many screaming nothing was done to stop them.

The bed was amazingly comfortable Room was clean The only drawback was the room had a terrible musty smell that was being masked by the AC being set for 60 degrees that made the room very cold. If we turned it down the musty smell was overpowering The room needs to have the carpets removed and either new carpet or tile floors
