Please don't go to this restaurant in the hotel so dirty food terrible! Hotel didn't work the AC and TV please this hotel is only for people who doesn't care about this things

BEST HOTEL in Tuxtla!

It was clean and we felt safe but nothing really unique.

Did not sleep well due to people coming in late and being loud. It sounded like the neighbors were moving furniture.

Very helpful staff, kind and accommodating. We will stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and we have always loved the food and the pool and the service. We stayed only 1 night for Father’s Day. The service was terrible- we could not get any attention from the wait staff. Sadly, the pool was filthy. We will not go back.

after i complained about kids running around upstairs for hours, They sent me to a room at the very end of the building, room 1145, Only 2 meters to the street and there is a bus stop, old bus stops and goes here with very loud engine noise, Starting from 5 am until 1am after midnight. I can sleep for only 4 hours a day. I didn't want to bother them at weekend because I think they may not have a lot of room available so i stayed here for two nights and ask them at Monday noon if I can have another room. Surprisingly, they told me they don't have any room available. It's not the busy season And it is Monday noon, a big wedding group People just checked out. I can see a lot of rooms empty. I don't believe them. I'm okay for the room is not perfect. But i am disappointed the way they deal with the problem. Problem exists everywhere I understand. The attittude and the way they try to solve the problem worth no more than one star.
