Barstow is a higher crime area. The reason we discovered because the hotel actually remind us all the safety rule.

Love that they offer hot breakfast at 5 am, cookies on the afternoon and dinner Tuesdays and Thursdays, breakfast is fair enough, dinner is not the best quality but if you don’t want to go out it fulfills the need.

Friendly service,great room.Breakfast was delicious n parking was great also. Will be back..

Everything is good

Room very dated, but we were there just passing through so didn’t matter much. Breakfast v good and with outdoor seating was nice. Staff v helpful.

Hotel was good just ran into 2 roaches in our bathroom they were big

Nothing crazy or unique, but the staff was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help us. We got in late, slept in, had some breakfast, and all of us agreed that we had a great experience.

The staff at this Holiday Inn Express were the best! They were friendly, helpful, very responsive to our needs. Also the breakfast was great, as well as a special dinner we recieved. Thank You Staff!

Loved It. The sink is slow design

Comfortable rooms, safe and quiet environment. Specious rooms with work area to work remote, fast internet speed. Love that they offer breakfast daily and dinner on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and friendly service. Fair breakfast options, I like that they have dinner on Tuesdays and Thursdays, simple menu but it works!

Great location, clean, quiet, friendly staff. There were some people who didn’t appear to be guests taking over the hot tub (teen with inflatable, eating in the hot tub, adults smoking weed by the hot tub). We didn’t get to use it unfortunately.

The breakfast wasn't what we were used to at HIE. No biscuits and gravy and no cinnamon rolls. The sink in the bathroom drained very, very, very slowly.

ripped. Big space in room where a chair should be but wasnt. Dirty pool and disgusting pool chairs. No help offered to bring luggage up to room.

Front desk clerk said it was against policy to print out a bank copy of my room stay, for my business. And was rude when asked why.

Great beds. Clean, great staff.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. You could feel all of the springs in the bed when laying down. Breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted good! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Unfortunately couldn’t get tv remote to work. I was traveling with elderly mother. Front desk host was awesome and tried her best. So had to entertain mom on laptop. But great customer service and ice cold AC were fine for us!
