Simple, clean, and decent breakfast

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable.

Room was nice, front office and breakfast was good. Loved that check in was at 3pm and check out at 11am. Good communication via text and email. Pool and hot tub were fun.

This place is lovely, and worked out great during our travels.

Would have been across the board 4 star but the pool needed to be cleaned, but the warm water/hot tub enclosed area was perfect for the chilly day and visiting with friends. Room was clean, updated and comfortable

Great place to stay just outside downtown Gunnison (less than 2 miles). Front clerk was friendly and professional. Grounds were a little aged but clean and very comfortable. Bed was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and convenient motel, helpful desk staff, nice breakfast options. A visit to a bygone era of roadside motels with parking right outside the room, very convenient when on a ski trip with lots of things to bring inside.

Good price and great location.

Had nice character and decorated nicely for a mountain hotel. Would be an inexpensive option for a place to stay if skiing at Crested Butte.

Dog friendly and large “House“ enough for nine people and four dogs

Excellent and friendly service. The hotel is older, but the upkeep is very good. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered more than expected - hot and cold foods. I will return here on future visits:)
