What an amazing place with it's interesting history. The Inn has several lodges, several restaurants, a general store and much more. The main restaurant serves buffet-style meals. Ruby's Inn is the heart of Ryce Canyon City. I will certainly stay there again on my next trip to Ryce Canyon.

Why it was clean, its in desperate need of a remodel. The paint on the doors is chipping off. The carpet is who knows how old. And the room smelled musty. They keep the front of the hotel looking a lot better than the back.

Convenient location, only few minutes to Bryce canyon national park. Has general store, laundromat, restaurant on site. They also have a tesla charger which is a plus.

Very convenient to Bryce Canyon. Free shuttle stop near front door. Free breakfast. Canyon dinner next door. Gift shop and food shop onsite. Rooms. cleaned daily. Qujet environment. Breakfast was hectic at 6:30 with all thr tour buses and layout of food etc which had people dancing to avoid each other. Their policy about not getting your roomuntil 4 pm was annoying. Need some flexibility.

One of the best places to stay near Bryce Canyon. You get everything you need. Lobby is beautiful.

Staying at Ruby's Inn was a highlight of our 14-day trip. So many amenities! Super fun place to stay. Great complimentary breakfast!

The best thing I can say about this Inn is it's located very close to the park entrance. Way overpriced. Wouldn't stay there again.

Close to the national park

Very average hotel. Priced where it is due to proximity to Bryce Canyon. Breakfast is included. It was nothing special. Staff were very nice.

We stayed on the first floor which was noisy because of occupants above. Would stay on the second floor next time.

The hot tub (spa) is broken. Under repair. Was not able to use. Very disappointing. Can’t understand how that’s allowed to happen as the busy season starts.

The bathroom was pretty bad for the money I paid. The bathtub was damaged and had a huge clog when we got there and it only got worse. The shower curtain was cheap and water leaked out. And no shampoo or conditioner were included. Also the hot tub was broken- disappointing.

Great location to see Bryce Canyon.
