All was good for a motel. Old buildings, but room was mostly updated. Room was clean and all staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I specifically asked about laundry 2 nights before check-in, as I knew I needed to use laundry. It was out of order and appeared to have been that way for and was not repaired during my 5 night stay. I did not ever go to continental breakfast, only due to scheduling so cannot comment on that.

We stay here on our way to Colorado. Makes for a great stop. Our last stay offered a better breakfast but overall still good for one night. Plan to stay again on our next trip.

The staff were wonderful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately we stayed on a Tuesday when the restaurant was closed. The staff did recommend several places to go to with directions to each. Breakfast was wonderful for a continental breakfast. Well supplied with large variety of choices.

After car trouble in Colorado, we needed a last minute hotel stay on our way home to OK. This was reasonably priced and had good reviews so I jumped on it. They called to confirm the reservation and offered adjoining rooms. The continental breakfast was average, but we were thankful for a quick bite. Very friendly service!

Price was good. Room was large. Plenty of parking. Complimentary breakfast is cereal. The neighborhood the hotel is in is shady. However, the hotel itself is better.

Tried to stay at a different motel, but it closed at 8pm. Crazy. This one was open until midnight and provided exactly what I needed: a bed for the night. The rooms are old but it’s a motel, nephew. Staff was friendly.

Cozy spot however aged. Room was clean with the exception of a large stain on top blanket/cover. Motel seems to be under construction with debris in parking lot. Otherwise, comfortable.

I have stayed at this motel more than once. The rooms range from what you would expect to huge. The staff is friendly.

Room was very dirty. Looked like the floors have never been cleaned. Stained old chair and tub was gross.

The Casa Lemus motel is a great little place to stay when traveling back and forth between Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and all points south. It is nicely renovated and well maintained. I highly recommend!

Not bad for a cheap overnight stay. For the price it was worth it but spend the extra $100 and stay at a nicer place.

I love the Homie atmosphere, and the dog friendliness. There was even a little corral for the dogs to use to run around again. Much appreciated. The amenities in the room or exceptional and the water is hot immediately. All the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was fine. The staff were nice. Nothing really wrong with the room, but you won’t score points for booking this place for an anniversary. Breakfast was fruit, juice, yogurt, and microwave biscuits and pastries. A little disappointing when you factor in the price.

Nice people: Kimberly at the front desk anticipated our needs at check in time perfectly. Housekeeping staff (Joy & Lisa) were lovely.

For an inexpensive overnight stop, Casa Lemas was great. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and room clean. We were sad we missed the restaurant (it's closed on Tuesdays) and we left very early Wednesday morning. Great stay!

We enjoyed our quick stay here at the Casa Lemus. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room we stayed in was very clean and well maintained. We got in a little late in the evening so the margaritas and appetizer we ordered were a welcomed snack. Also delicious. They have a nice Continental spread in the am that should get you down the road toward lunchtime too. All in all a very nice experience here and we will return when the occasion arises! I booked this motel based on the reviews. I was hesitant to book but based on reviews I decided to give them a try. Staff at check-in was great, bed was comfortable but due to the "worn" condition of the room, I, personally, was not comfortable. The property and the room needs work. Even though the room was "clean?" it needs new carpet, furniture cleaned/replaced, walls in the bathroom patched, painted, etc. It was overrated in the reviews related to property condition
